I generated a Webservice Axis2 Client using a wsdl.
Most of the code works well I have a couple of errors missing dependencies.
org.apache.axis2.client.Stub
org.apache.axis2.description.AxisOperation
org.apache.axis2.description.AxisService
org.apache.axis2.AxisFault
org.apache.axis2.description.OutInAxisOperation
org.apache.axis2.context.MessageContext
... and a lot more
For example org.apache.axis.databinding is working
I have this axis2 dependencies on my pom.xml
But somehow I am missing dependencies.

<axis2.version>1.6.4</axis2.version>

You just forgot to enclose them within <dependencies></dependencies>. Just add these dependencies in your pom.xml and if you need more axis2 dependencies, just go the https://mvnrepository.com to look for more dependencies of axis2 and add them in your pom.xml, according to the version you are using.

I am in the development team of an application in a monolithic structure.
Technical details;
Maven 3.8.1 version
Java 8
Previous Postgres version: 42.2.16.jre7
My problem is that;
I want to upgrade Postgres version from 42.2.16.jre7 to 42.5.1.
I do this upgrade in the pom file, I can pull the package with maven and I see the jar comes in the .m2 folder.
In the application.prop file, I use the following definition:
spring.datasource.driverClassName=org.postgresql.Driver
I see Driver still looking at the old version when hovering over it.
Methods I have tried;
Deleting the old version files from the m2 and ensuring that only the version I want remains. I hover over Driver in App.prop and click on the warning "Add library 'Driver xxx..' to classpath". But when I start the application, it downloads the old version and continues to look at it.
I removed the old jars from Intellij -> File -> Project -> Project Structure -> Libraries. I re-added the jar I wanted.
When I do these, when I hover over Driver in app.prop, I see that it points to the version I want. But when I start the application, it downloads the old jars again.
Note: There are pom files under other modules in the application, I checked that it does not pull a different version of postgres in those poms.
In summary, how can I make the application look at the version I want?

Tried multiple times
Im having a java micro-servcie working with Elasticsearch and was working great, I decided to move it to Springboot and all good except one problem that I was facing for hours and can't find any solution online.
java: cannot access org.elasticsearch.xcontent.ToXContentObject
class file for org.elasticsearch.xcontent.ToXContentObject not found
I gave it a try to play with the versions here and there based on some some advices but still. I also check the maven tree and can't see any elastic search stuff injected from Springboot. Any one can help on this plz?

I upgraded the springboot version from 2.6.3 to 3.0.2 and its now working fine :)
I think you are just declared a lot of redundant artifacts in pom.xml that is related to Elastic so there is a conflicts between dependecies.
Try to use just this ones:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.opensearch</groupId>

At least it is working in my project.
I am attempting to use Apache Beam from Java as a data pipeline of sorts. I have written a simple class that sources from Google Pubsub and sinks to Google Bigquery, but I cannot get it to build for the life of me. I am using Maven to build and have added every Beam package I could find, but I still get "class file not found" errors.
Specifically:
[ERROR] /X:/Work/pipeline/backup-pipeline/src/main/java/PassthroughPipeline.java:[28,16] cannot access org.apache.beam.sdk.options.GcpOptions
class file for org.apache.beam.sdk.options.GcpOptions not found
[ERROR] /X:/Work/pipeline/backup-pipeline/src/main/java/PassthroughPipeline.java:[29,16] cannot access org.apache.beam.sdk.options.BigQueryOptions
class file for org.apache.beam.sdk.options.BigQueryOptions not found
[ERROR] /X:/Work/pipeline/backup-pipeline/src/main/java/PassthroughPipeline.java:[31,16] cannot access org.apache.beam.sdk.options.GcsOptions
class file for org.apache.beam.sdk.options.GcsOptions not found
Does anyone know what packages I need to add to resolve these? Google has unfortunately been no help.
The POM file that I have is based off of the example POM given by Apache for Wordcount, but with extra dependencies added. Below are the dependencies I put in it. I can provide the full file if needed, but it is quite monolithic.

These classes:
org.apache.beam.sdk.options.GcpOptions
org.apache.beam.sdk.options.GcsOptions
org.apache.beam.sdk.options.BigQueryOptions
... are all in an earlier version of Apache Beam.
Given the dependencies in your pom.xml (specifically, the dependency on v2.2.0 of Apache Beam) the correct imports are:
org.apache.beam.sdk.extensions.gcp.options.GcpOptions
org.apache.beam.sdk.extensions.gcp.options.GcsOptions
org.apache.beam.sdk.io.gcp.bigquery.BigQueryOptions
I am trying to download dependencies using Maven but Maven is not downloading any jars from the central repository which means i have to manually install them which is a pain
I can telnet from my computer to the central repository using telnet repo.maven.apache.org 80 but when i use a browser to access the repository http://repo.maven.apache.org/ i am getting the following webpage
Browsing for this directory has been disabled.
View this directory's contents on http://search.maven.org instead.
Find out more about The Central Repository.
I have tried adding the following to my pom but this has not worked either
<repositories>
<repository>
<id>central</id>
<name>Central</name>
<url>http://search.maven.org</url>
</repository>
</repositories>
Has anyone else come across this and if so how did you resolve this?
EDIT : pom.xml
Just to note, i have set this exact same project with all the same version of maven on other environments but just the one i am working on now seems to not be able to download the jars from the central repository

i FINALLY found the issue. I am using Windows 8 with JRE 6 and 7 installed. In my development environment i am using JRE 7.
Im not sure about the specifics but it looks like the JRE was trying to use IPv6. I disabled this and set it to use IPv4 using the below command and it resolved everything
cmd : setx _JAVA_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true
The browser behavior is expected. Web browsers are prohibited to browse the root directory and lot of large subdirectories (org/com/net).
However, if you need to browse the repo, deeper points can be browsed: http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache
Note the repo1, you should always be using the domain name, repo1.maven.org.
UPDATE: looking at your pom.xml, seems you didn't replace standard info with your project info:
