JasperReportsPdfView: package org.springframework.web.servlet.view.jasperreports does not exist

I'm upgrading a spring application from 4.3.x version to 5.1.x version. When doing this I found an error for JasperReportsPdfView class from the org.springframework.web.servlet.view.jasperreports package.
Also in our application we are using the jasperreports-3.6.0 jar.

Also I can see jasperreports package in spring 4.3.24.RELEASE.

Generally, while upgrading from the Spring lower versions to higher versions( Ex: Spring-4.x.x to Spring-5.x.x ) we need to consider the below points.

Removed Packages, Classes and Methods
Dropped Support Features
From the Spring Framework github wiki and from other articles, it is confirmed that support for JasperReports has been dropped from Spring 5.x versions. So it is recommended to remove the code that are using the Japser reports from the application code or to support them by using the core-jasper reports libraries.

Also, when changing dependencies, I always rebuild the project from my IDE (IntelliJ or Eclipse), because sometimes it doesn´t solve all the packages correctly (your problem).

#org.testng.annotations.Test and #org.junit.Test issues

While writing Mock Test cases, I have encounter a scenario. when I am using #org.junit.Test annotation above test method than Maven build is not finding test method to execute and when I am using #org.testng.annotations.Test annotation than I can't run the test case using eclipse Junit run as or using coverage as (EMMA).
I don't want to use both the annotations above a single test method.

You really shouldn't use both. Decide on one and stick to it. They're both good and share most of the features.
Once you have chosen one, define it explicitly as a maven test phase goal with the Maven Surefire plugin.
Then get your Eclipse plugins straight. If I remember correctly, Eclipse comes with a JUnit plugin preinstalled, but you need to explicitly download the TestNG plugin through the Eclipse marketplace. They both work very similar.
Spring comes with support for both, but the implementation is slightly different. Look up the docs for examples.

Trying to Updrade GWT project from 2.5.1 to 2.8.1

I'm getting the below error when i'm doing maven clean install. I need help

Your stacktrace says that a bean of class com.mihanblog.CloudGIS.Utilities.CustompostHandlelerInterceptor has been defined but the class isn't on the classpath.
I assume the package com.mihanblog is yours, so that should be one of your classes.
Does this class even exist ?
Or did you make a typo while defining the bean? Because the name "CustompostHandlelerInterceptor" looks like a typo to me.

Maven: slf4 jars with different versions are added after pom compile, and war gets version conflict error because of that

I am having issue with my pom. Even when I am not adding any dependancy in the pom, in war I am getting:
1. slf4j-api-1.5.11.jar
2. slf4j-api-1.6.1.jar
3. slf4j-log4j12-1.6.1.jar
Issue: due to this My war doesn't run on the server and gets error regarding conflict. I need to resolve this issue.
Manual Solution: I remove the slf4j-api-1.5.11.jar manually from the war and it starts running on the server.
Can you please help me to avoid this manual solution and My pom is it self handles it. I also used exclusion, but of no vain.

While YMomb's answer should work (and its easy), you can also explicitly exclude transitive dependencies from a dependency.
To find which dependencies consist org.slf4j as a transitive dependency, run
mvn dependency:tree -Dincludes=org.slf4j:*
This will give you something like , ( at least it gave me from above of your dependencies)
