I've recently upgraded to Selenium 3.141.59 from 2.47.0. Since the upgrade, our test suites have been receiving random N/A test results. It happens to about 1% of the tests and I have not been able to track down any meaningful logs to determine the cause.
We're using Selenium Grid Extras as our distribution.
Here is what a report looks like:
I am able to see that the test is being sent to the node by the hub:
14 Mar 2019 15:03:31 [pool-1-thread-291] INFO threads.SessionHistoryCallable - Notifying Remote Grid Extras node of new session with http://1xx.xxx.xxx.xxx:3000/grid_status?session=3e317470-0535-436d-8a70-02e43daff160
The only error I see in the Grid extras log is that the video callable fails out with the following error:

The exception shows that Openfire Server is unable to communicate with the database.You need to make sure that the database is up and running.
Make sure your database is running and TCP port should be enabled
Go to control panel then go to security and check TCP inbound and outbound rule for database if you're using SQL server then port number is 1433 if rule is not define then define rule for it and it'll work fine for you
I am using SoapUI 5.2. When I Start SoapUI, it works fine but after a while, it goes offline and Startup Page keeps on saying 'The page could not be loaded'. The only time it get backs to work is after restarting the PC. I checked the log and found following stacktrace. I've tried forcing IPV4 as per few suggestion. But no luck.

using the following spring version
spring-integration-mail : 2.2.3.RELEASE
I suggest you upgrade to a (much) newer version to see if it resolves the issue. There have been several bug fixes to the IMAP mail components. If you can't upgrade to the latest (4.1.5), I suggest at least 3.0.7.
Consult the migration guides to determine any changes you might need to take account of.
I have a server running Apache FTPServer. The FTP server is functioning well until recently some upload from the client started to fail with this error that is attached. I have increased the MaxIdleTimeout but is still encountering this error. Anybody has any idea to what actually generated this error?

It looks like what the error says, the server closed your connection. Typically this is as a result of inactivity on your end. If you don't keep talking to the server it will close your connection. If the connections idle you need to send a stream of NOOP commands to it to let it know your still there.
