Getting 500 Internal serve "An Authentication object was not found in the SecurityContext" when trying from browser angular+ spring boot+ jwt

I have issue in using #preAuthorize annotaton when i use this annotation in my get method inside a controller, when i send request from browser i get 500 internal server error "An Authentication object was not found in the SecurityContext" but when i send it through postman it is getting 200 ok status with response, please help me identifying the issue.

InsufficientAuthenticationException when using OAuth2RestTemplate from RestController

I am building a Spring Boot application which calls a 3rd party REST API (Infor ION API) secured by OAuth2.
I have built my OAuth2RestTemplate like this:

I have called the same method from inside a #SpringBootTest class which will actually return a response object without any exceptions.

I have made sure the ionConfiguration object in both cases are the same by copy pasting the same initialisation code for both.
Why is this happening (same method throwing an exception when called from RestController but works when called from SpringBootTest)?

After a lot of debugging I found that
SecurityContextHolder.getContext().getAuthentication();
is returning null from inside
AuthenticationTokenProviderChain#obtainAccessToken(OAuth2ProtectedResourceDetails resource, AccessTokenRequest request)
method when executing from #SpringBootTest whereas it is returning an object with some data when executing from #RestController.
So now the question is, is the OAuth2RestTemplate I created dependent on the authentication I set up for my application? If yes, how can I make the OAuth2RestTemplate independent of my application's security config, because it doesn't make sense for me to apply the same security policies while calling a third party API.

Long Answer
Like I mentioned in the updates to the question. When I run the restTempalte.exchange() call from the #SpringBootTest class, the Authentication object returned inside the AccessTokenProviderChain is null whreas from the #RestController, it is the Authentication object for your #RestController method. And when I make the request to my #RestController if I dont provide any authentication (which is my case), the following implementation inside AccessTokenProviderChain throws the exception:

So when I add the ignoring() in the WebSecurity object like shown above, the Authentication object returns null just like when I ran it from the #SpringBootTest.
Now, this will actually solve the issue, but I am still surprised why the OAuth2RestTemplate is using the authentication configured on the application when the purpose of OAuth2RestTemplate is to call a completely different API.
May be someone could clarify that.

Unable to create a Secure Connection with JDBC authentication in spring boot

I have been having issues with connecting my Spring Application with auth.jdbcAuthentication() and consistently getting exceptions. I am able to write to the database and grab info from the database, however, I seem to have issues once I've implemented a way to authenticate against it.
I've read through several different sources and fail to get it to work. I was able to authenticate via the auth.inMemoryAuthentication().

After much frustration, I have even changed the sql Query in order to ensure I always authenticate (my returning a matching username and password) and yet I still get a 401 response.

And this still fails the authentication (I know the organization table is populated). This issue of why the permitAll() is failing doesn't make sense to me and why I am getting a 401.
NOTE: I removed using a password encoder in order to make this easier

So it turns out that I was missing two items. As #dur pointed out, I was missing .httpBasic().
Once I added that, I found an answer here that stated here that in order to permit urls, I would need to do the following:

How to read operational attributes from ldap server

I have to read operational attributes from the LDAP server (createTimeStamp, entryUUID etc).
I have tried to implement own UserDetailContextMapper but without success.

I can retrieve object from LDAP using query like that:

The second parameter, if you set it to null, it will retrieve all attributes
I believe your error is thrown because you're passing in a username instead of a distinguished name.

Spring security custom logout null pointer exception

What I'd like my code to do: When user logs in I want to use default Spring Security to log him in. Then in LoginSuccessHandler I'm creating and saving to a databse a token. Using default logout, in LogoutSuccessHandler I need to delete the token from database.
My issue: I'm using Spring Security for login and logout. Login works correctly. Logout used to work correctly as well, but a couple of days ago I started receiving NullPointerException which is caused by null Authentication in LogoutSuccessHandler. Also, I'd like my API to be as stateless as possible. But I'm wondering; should I disable creating session for Spring Security will login/logout still work or does it need to create some king of session? I googled a couple of questions about it, but majority of them suggested that something is wrong with configuration. I tried a couple of different ones, unfortunately none worked.

authUser is null because the LogoutFilter invoke the LogoutHandler before it invoke the logoutSuccessHandler.onLogoutSuccess.

A typical LogoutHander implementation like SpringContextLogoutHander clear the authentication. But you can disable this behavior by setting clearAuthentication to false
