The GUI runs perfect with these error but how can I solve these problem(s)?

Seems that you have used a look and feel (Plastic3DLookAndFeel) that you don't have in your classpath, try adding the relative jar to the classpath .

PS: I know a similar question was asked before, but without stack trace. There also was no answer given.

A friend showed me how to fix it:
You need to make your library available in your jar.
Then everything is working fine

Assuming you are exporting the app as a jar file, you need to provide the path of that driver jar while running the app, e.g.:
java -cp '<path_to_driver_jar>' yourApp.jar
This would make sure the library is available to your app and it will work fine.

I really don't know how to get it fixed.

You need to add the JAR file containing that class to the launch4j options.

Why jasper report can't be exported into jar file?

In my application i use jasper report to create report, but when i build my application into jar file, jar file can't read the jasper file , i've include jasper library and all the library that they need, i've placed the jrxml file in the library folder, but it still couldn't work ,,,

My code is working fine in Netbeans but throws exception when running the jar

My code is working fine without any errors when running in Netbeans. If I make a clean build then executing jar file it crashes without any errors visable (swing application).
When I execute the jar file in command line I get this error:

What is the problem?

seems like you are referencing some library. did you tell netbeans to export referenced jars into your jar?
