In my application i use jasper report to create report, but when i build my application into jar file, jar file can't read the jasper file , i've include jasper library and all the library that they need, i've placed the jrxml file in the library folder, but it still couldn't work ,,,

It happens when the user browses directories using the JFileChooser. The exception is printed to the output consolle , but it seems that it does not cause any apparent problem. I can't reproduce this error, but it occurs on customers' machines. Can I ignore this exception? Could it cause some other hidden malfunctions?

I have a java applet and i add it in a html file. My java applet include the jess library and i batch a file which has my rules in jess. When i run my project from Netbeans IDE everything it's perfect and work properly. But when i copy my folder inside the www directory of wampserver to run my html, Java Console gives me the following errors :

The AccessControlException suggests this code needs to be run in a trusted environment. To do that, it will need to be digitally signed.
Note that writing files on the client machine is not something often done by an applet. Perhaps you are going about using the API incorrectly, though I don't know of it, so can't say for sure.
