I'm currently building a model to determine which permissions on Android applications represent the biggest threat to users.
For this purpose i have a total of 2gb of malicious Android applications apks which I need to decompress and get its manifest.xml.
I've investigated and found out that APK-tool lets me reverse engineer those files and get the file I want.
My question is, is there any way to automate this so I dont have to do the process manually for every apk file?
thanks in advance

Usually "script" means a program written using scripting language. There's no additional magic here so if you know what you want to do, you know how to do, process can be automated then "yes". You can write a "script".

in one side i have an API that store many xml files.
on the other side, an another API have to receive all these files.
i have created a service in the first API that create an ByteArrayOutputStream with all the files and return it.
But i'm not sure it's the best solution if files are too large.
How can i receive in a safe way all the xml files in my second API ?
The best way to develop a file transfer system is to not develop the code yourself. Use an existing solution.
The best way to develop a file transfer system in Java is to minimize the code you write yourself. Use an existing Java library.
There are many software packages, libraries and/or protocols that you could use. Asking us to recommend specific ones is off-topic. When you do your research, make sure that you include your security and integrity requirements in your assessment criteria.

I'm trying to create an android application to scan other applications for viruses, or malicious code etc. But to begin with, I'm trying to figure out how existing anti-virus scanning systems operate.
I don't think its rooting, because there are a lot of anti viruses that don't need rooting. If I have to guess, I would say it scans the files for signature. And they access the files similar to how file explorers work. Someone more knowledgeable can correct me.

I would like to get informations about a Zwave usb key in java, to access to its functions because I would like to write a program who can handle different connected devices using Zwave network.
Someone have an idea to get access to this informations and functions in Java ?
(Sorry if there are some misunderstanding in my sentences, I'm not English)
There are 2 frameworks to access USB devices in Java. Both wrap native libraries. One is specifically for HID devices (not sure of this applies to ZWave). I dont know if they have all the features required to speak to your zWave devices, but they would be the first thing to try.
http://www.usb4java.org

Both implement the JSR-80 javax.usb API (which might be too high level).

Well this is just something i am wondering if it is possible.
I have a router and n number of people are connected to it. Now i want to track the downloads , like which person [computer] downloaded what and how much [the size] and finally store the information somewhere in a file / database.
Is this possible? Please don't recommend software, i want to write a code that will run continuously and keep checking for downloads. Downloads should include even the surfing, like when you open facebook some data is downloaded, even that should be added.
If not possible for router is it possible for individual computer?
It would be really useful if it works for a router situation.
Thanks for your help in advance.

I am just learning java. I just want to make a simple application to access a web-site.
there is a website onto which i want to log-in through java:
and then interact with it through my interface, basically after log in, i would be writing in some text boxes and sending it.
I tried many places to do it, studied HTTP protocol but still cant make it.
can someone help me out?
Accessing a web site, logging in and interacting with forms on it is somewhat complex work, so it might not be the best choice for a first java project.
But if you want to do it, you should probably use Apache HttpComponents/HttpClient.
There are useful examples at the above link as well, which may help you get started.
