Spring 4.3.1 static resource configuration error

I am using Spring 4.3.1+java 8 and try to configure project according to that I had done all configuration but while configuring static resource in servlet-context.xml I got compilation error as follows :

Why am I getting Build Path is incomplete in the servlet-context.xml file?

I am getting the message "Build path is incomplete. Cannot find class file for "org/springframework/context/event/EventListenerFactory". Can someone tell me why I am getting this error message?

I am deploying web-site (Spring) in Tomcat 7 but I am encountering the following error:

org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'boardDAO' defined in ServletContext resource [/WEB-INF/spring/root-context.xml]: Instantiation of bean failed; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/springframework/jdbc/core/RowMapper
How can I solve this error?

means that you are missing the spring-jdbc artifact. Add this to your POM:

When I create one project in spring it run properly. But when I import a simple hello world project, it shows error. pom.xml can bulid sucessfully. But It can not run. the error shows.

However, here you can see a very good tutorial with github example on Spring MVC annotation config, they prefer annotation config last time.
Take a look at Spring Security Hello World Java Config Tutorial it's also an axample of how to use Spring MVC with maven but with Spring Security.
Compare them with your project, hope it will help.

Missing org. in your declaration of spring-jdbc :
