Error class not found when starting app java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: javax.validation.ValidatorFactory

I'm working on Web project based on Spring MVC framework on tomcat web server, recently I've added some dependencies and I encountered a class not found exception and
It's been three day's which I couldn't resolve this problem in my we app

Your stacktrace says that a bean of class com.mihanblog.CloudGIS.Utilities.CustompostHandlelerInterceptor has been defined but the class isn't on the classpath.
I assume the package com.mihanblog is yours, so that should be one of your classes.
Does this class even exist ?
Or did you make a typo while defining the bean? Because the name "CustompostHandlelerInterceptor" looks like a typo to me.

Why am I getting Build Path is incomplete in the servlet-context.xml file?

Issue with poi jar file java.lang.NoSuchMethodError

I am using poi-3.7.jar in my application while i am generating an excel file i am getting the below exception. and i have excluded all the poi jars from my project. could any one help me on this??

I think you need to update the version of jxls if you want to bundle POI-3.7.
Looking at the source for POI-3.7 is has a method:
public void setCellValue(RichTextString value)
{
HSSFRichTextString hvalue = (HSSFRichTextString) value;
....
}
rather than:
public void setCellValue(HSSFRichTextString value)
{
}
It would seem the latter was in POI-3.2, on which jxls has a dependency and which it was compiled against, but not in POI-3.7.
I note the answer below however looking at the class Signature for HSSFRichTextString in POI-3.2 it is as below:

}
viz. does not implement RichTextString (which it does in POI-3.7).
It would seem then that POI-3.7 is not backwards compatible with POI-3.2.

I removed dependance poi 3.7 from pom and excluded poi-ooxml-schemas, poi-ooxml from jasperreports like below.

I have searched the internet regarding this error and it states that my version of spring and spring security does not match. how do I know if my jars are matching? or there is another reason for this error?

NoSuchMethodError: org.hibernate.SessionFactory.getCurrentSession()

I'm getting this very strange error:

at org.cometd.hibernate.util.HibernateUtil.getSessionFactory(HibernateUt

at org.cometd.hibernate.util.HibernateUtil.getSession(HibernateUtil.java
:54)
But this method exists in SessionFactory class in JavaDocs!
My Eclipse also shows me it in the autocomplete.
But some other methods, i.e. openSession() or closeSession() work correct.
Where the problem can hide?

I think it might be down to multiple hibernate version on the classpath. Looks like too many here...

For Hibernate 4.1.1 I have added

to hibernate.config.xml
For Hibernate 3 I have added
<property name="hibernate.query.factory_class">org.hibernate.hql.classic.ClassicQueryTranslatorFactory</property>
It resolved my problemn
