Deploy Eclipse Spring Maven project with class folder dependency

I have an Eclipse Java project which has a class folder as dependency. This means that in order to run the app correctly I need to add that folder in the Java Build Path of the project.
In other words:
"Properties"->"Java Build Path"->"Libraries" -> "Add Class Folder"->folder with dependencies.
The Java project runs fine with this configuration either in Eclipse and in the exported runnable JAR file.
I rewrote the same project with Java Spring with the same configuration as above (the class folder dependency) and it still works fine inside the Eclipse IDE.
But, when I try to deploy the app with the command "mvn package", I got the following error:

This is exactly the dependency located inside the aforementioned folder and this means that in some way, the mvn package command is unable to read this folder, but Eclipse can without problems.
Maybe due to a POM misconfiguration?
In this case, here my POM file build section:

Maven TestNG Test not running from Command Line

I am trying to run command "mvn test" from Command Line, build is getting failed and getting below error, but when I ran the same command from Eclipse, it is working fine. I have tried all the suggestions provided in stackoverflow but still its not running. Please let me know what i am missing here

Remove it!
It is used in many tutorial but it is wrong to hide and bypass some problems using forkMode=never or forkCount=0. If the Java developers have some problems with Surefire or the Failsafe plugin, report a bug in Apache JIRA or talk with the opensource developers.

Maven TestNG with SureFire plugin: unable to find valid certification path to requested target

I am trying to tun my tests with TestNG Maven and SureFire plugin, but getting following error

If I am running without maven (just test.ng file) everything successful. Or If I delete following block from pom.xml :

I was having the exact same problem but I also got when trying to run the testng.xml file.
I removed the following line:
<!DOCTYPE suite SYSTEM "https://testng.org/testng-1.0.dtd">
and that seems to have fixed the issue.

Can't able maven install

I had been created a jar from my Java project using Eclipse IDE.
Then I have added that jar into my spring boot maven project's build path.
When I am trying to maven clean and install after adding my custom jar, I can't able to run maven install successfully.
I am getting below error,

Can you upload the pom.xml of the SpringBoot Project ? Below is the example. Also make sure the custom jar is in your local maven repository.

Add Maven Surefire Plugin in pom.xml.

I also got the same error got resolved by going to add dependency
and add the following dependency
