mvn package not includes xml

mvn package not includes xml - java

I'm using mybatis 3.3.1 version and put mybatis configuration file mybatis-conf.xml at SqlSessionFactoryManager located directory.
I created executable-jar via mvn package but SqlSessionFactoryManager telling an error
java.io.IOException: Could not find resource kr/stocktalk/mybatis/mybatis-conf.xml
at org.apache.ibatis.io.Resources.getResourceAsStream(Resources.java:114)

I think the exception occurs that mybatis-conf.xml is not included executable-jar
So I tried to add include code maven-jar-plugin inside

Resources can be access using an absolute or relative path. Your path "kr/stocktalk/mybatis/mybatis-conf.xml" is a relative one (relative to the class it is used in) - but it looks more like you wanted to specify an absolute resource path.
Therefore if your SqlSessionFactoryManager is in the package kr.stocktalk.mybatis it tries to load the resource kr.stocktalk.mybatis.kr.stocktalk.mybatis.mybatis-conf.xml.
You should make the resource path an absolute path by adding a slash at the beginning:
"/kr/stocktalk/mybatis/mybatis-conf.xml"

Maven skips tests,

I have Java 8 maven project which has couple for modules, each module has own pom.xml and there is one pom.xml in main project folder. Problem is that mvn test skips tests. I've run mvn test -X which provided me under maven-surefire-plugin:3.0.0-M3:test label with
[DEBUG] (s) skip = true
[DEBUG] (s) skipTests = true
After help from other stackoveflow posts I've added

EDIT:
I, run mvn help:effective-pom -Doutput=effective-pom-results.xml command and it has whon me bunch of places where sip is set as true. How can i resolve that? Do i have to manualy look for these places and set those properties? I cannot include it here, because it has 1,8k lines, if it is necessary i can upload it to some hosting

This creates my JAR fie containing all classes, but I have some resources in the class path which should be included also. If I leave the parameter clean in front of the phase package, all my resources are included. If I run maven with mvn clean package, there aren't any resources included. My resources are under src/main/java/com/test/ (not the usual directory).

The source directories for the resources are not defined correctly in the copy-resources goal configuration. Also, the outputDirectory element puts the resources in the target dir, when target/classes is what gets packaged by default. Try this config:

That said, you might consider putting the resources in ${basedir}/src/main/resources, like so:

Then, you could remove the extra maven-resources-plugin config entirely, the default lifecycle will process the resources correctly.
