Framebuffer objects are not supported by this hardware (or driver)
You most likely do not have a proper driver installed for your graphics card, or OpenGL is not supported on your card (which is very unlikely, but still possible).

Of course, you should be worried. A null pointer means that a variable that is supposed to contain something is empty and is used. Moreover it is in paintComponent function so it might reflect on the look and feel of the application.

probleme with absolute layout while converting jar into exe on launch4j

I really don't know how to get it fixed.
You need to add the JAR file containing that class to the launch4j options.

My code is working fine in Netbeans but throws exception when running the jar

My code is working fine without any errors when running in Netbeans. If I make a clean build then executing jar file it crashes without any errors visable (swing application).

What is the problem?
seems like you are referencing some library. did you tell netbeans to export referenced jars into your jar?

Seems that you have used a look and feel (Plastic3DLookAndFeel) that you don't have in your classpath, try adding the relative jar to the classpath .
