Java Spring Boot web app run well on local but get Whitelabel Error Page when deployed to azure web app service

It run normal on my local computer, i used inteliji and run with 'SatelliteApplication' mainclass
Then I using Azure Tool for Inteliji to deploy it to azure web app service, i done it as below:
The console tell that i have deploy this web app successfully to azure, but when I go to my websites, it have this error, can anyone help me to fix this?

Cannot resolve spring annotations in intellij idea

I downloaded jdk 11, and maven 3.6.3 and Itellj Idea and Import a project:
mvn clean install
But I always get this error:

I tried to delete the .idea folder or "invalid cache and restart" but nor the first neither the second approach fixed the problem.
There is a similar question Cannot resolve symbol SpringApplication but the answer didn't resolve my issue. how can I fix that?

Running the following command solved for me this issue :
mvn idea:idea

I fixed this issue by downgrading the maven version.

you seem to use Spring Boot version 1.0.1, #SpringBootApplication annotation was introduced in 1.2

You are not using SpringBoot parent but your own, you need to add dependency:

Java eclipse does not recognize the import org.apache.poi package that is already imported with maven

I am trying to create an excel in java with apache poi, I am using spring boot and thymeleaf, I have already imported the dependencies in the pom.xml file and update it in my eclipse, the dependencies are in my project, when I run the command mvn clean install everything seems to be Okay, but when importing it to my java class, it can't find it, I already tried to change the version of the apache-poi library, but it didn't work. I leave here some reference data:

What do you think is the problem? I really appreciate your help.

I will answer my own question in case someone finds it useful in the future:
I didn't know what
< scope > runtime < /scope >
meant, now I see that this scope indicates that dependency is not required for compilation, but for execution.It is in the runtime and test classpaths, but not the compile classpath.
so the solution was to just remove this tag.

you need not to add scope of dependencies of Apache POI.
check it from here

I use them in gradle and their scope is compile time by default

This is a very basic vanilla spring rest service that I am trying to deploy.
So not sure why am encountering this error and also wondering why I need tomcat jars since I am not needing to use embedded server that spring boot ships with .

In your case I would try to disable Tomcat at Spring Boot application level.

This one is a current SNAPSHOT dependency which is not released to Maven Central:

If you really need this (be aware of changes during every Maven run as this is the character of snapshots), you have to use additionally Spring's Snapshot repository:
