Intellij SpringBoot Maven Dependency problems

I am new to Maven and SpringBoot. I am trying to run a Maven SpringBoot project in Intellij but, the dependencies are not getting resolved. I have tried all the things I could find but they did not work. Below is my POM.xml:

Below is the error that I am getting:
Cannot resolve com.oracle.jdbc:ojdbc8:12.2.0.1

Sprint Boot Stubs of spring cloud contract could not be found

I'm new to Spring Boot. I just created a project (using https://start.spring.io ). I've tried to run the application by using Maven (./mvnw install) and I got this error:
Failed to execute goal

there is a way to detect errors on tomcat?

Hello everyone I have a java application (spring-boot) and I deployed it on tomcat9. The app appears on the tomcat manager and the first page of this app to connect appears correctly. But when I try to connect, the 404 error is declantiating.
I checked the Tomcat logs files, but no exceptions are thrown.

When i click the connect button nothing happens. But on eclipse the application worked very well (before the deployed on tomcat)

Maven - How to exclude dependencies from generated JAR

I have 3 projects that looks like this:
The problem is that the common DB code has a converter class, and I am getting the below error while running the Business logic.
Caused by: org.hibernate.AssertionFailure: AttributeConverter class [class com.td.sba.iep.jpa.converters.ModeltoDBAttributeConverter] registered multiple times
What I did:
I tried to exclude the dependencies while packaging the Utility classes using the below code in pom.xml.

Have you tried to use <exclusions> element on this project dependencies? Like:
Business Logic Project pom.xml file:

UPDATE
Since you already have CommonDB dependencies on your UtilityProject pom, remove this CommonDB dependency from your business logic pom. This error is because you have 2 classes (same class) being registered with same name. If you already have CommonDB dependency on UtilityProject and you use this UtilityProject as dependency on Business, you don't need to import it twice.

Issue with Pact Verify Provider Maven Plugin

Despite having the Pact file correctly placed in the folder, I am getting this exception:
You must specify the pactfile to execute for consumer.
