I managed to come over the problem. I have changed the cucumber versin to 7 and allurecucumberjvm version to 7 as well and luckily dont get the error any more. Though I get a stepdef error message as below which i will try to solve.

Cucumber 4 Junit parallel execution

Cucumber 4 now supports parallel execution out of the box using maven surefire plugin. I am using cucumber 4-Junit-RestAssured and spring for DI. However, I am still now able to see multiple threads. I followed same configuration as mentioned in https://grasshopper.tech/464/

I have 2 feature files and Console logs shows Thread Id : 1 for both of them

Unable to generate the extent-report

Using the plugin com.vimalselvam.cucumber.listener.ExtentCucumberFormatter (the only that worked for me), my report is generated but with several errors on the log of intellij
I've tried to generate the report with a scenario not defined (just for the speed). Using more than one plugin, as the plugin

You are using vimal, avenstack and adapter dependencies all together in pom.xml which is not advisable and expected. One shall use vimal or avenstack or both together in specific use case or use adapter dependency only. Please follow below instructions.

No proxy provider found for type only in dev mode, classic run is corect

I'm writing an application in Erra and I got into trouble. RPC calls using the application. When I start in normal mode, Vee running well, but when it will bring the best in dev mode throws Well proxy provider for the type found.

I saw this error when running Super Dev Mode through my IDE (IntelliJ). When I ran Super Dev Mode through the GWT Maven Plugin (mvn gwt:run -Dgwt.noserver), this error went away.
I'm not sure what is causing the problem. My first thought is that there was a version difference, but both the IDE and Maven Plugin are using the same version of GWT (2.8.0-beta1).

Problems running Spring with JUnit

I an having the following when trying to run a simple test (no real assertions yet) using Eclipse, Spring and JUnit. Here is what it complains about:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: org.springframework.beans.BeanUtils.instantiateClass(Ljava/lang/Class;Ljava/lang/Class;)Ljava/lang/Object;

So, I supposed the problem was due to spring dependencies mismatch. However, it doesn't seem to work for me. Basically, if I understand it right what that link says the solution is, is to declare explicitly the version of my spring dependencies on the pom file, which I am doing (I am declaring all dependencies to have 3.1.x versions).
When I look at ~/m2, I can find these prior-to-3.1 dependencies installed, even when I remove them all and run maven build again:

I don't have anything with these version numbers on my pom file so something is clearly calling them. Is there a way to make sure these are not installed? Or, if they need to be there because they are dependencies from other deps, how can I make sure my test context doesnt use those but 3.1 instead?

Try excluding
spring-aop, spring-beans, spring-context, spring-core, spring-expression, spring-jdbc and spring-tx
from the spring security dependencies.
Spring Security 3.1.3 has dependencies to all the aforementioned spring jars for version 3.0.7.RELEASE
