Trying to Updrade GWT project from 2.5.1 to 2.8.1

I'm getting the below error when i'm doing maven clean install. I need help

issue is occur because gwt-maven-plugin is not in your pom.xml, you need to add gwt-maven-plugin into pom.xml you can refer belpw plugin :

First, you are using JDK 7 instead of JDK 8 'C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_80\jre\bin\java'.
Second, looks like you have some tapestriy dependency conflict. My recomendation:
1.Add the bom dependency in <dependencyManagement>

2.remove the dependencies inside gwt-maven-plugin

I assume the package com.mihanblog is yours, so that should be one of your classes.
Does this class even exist ?
Or did you make a typo while defining the bean? Because the name "CustompostHandlelerInterceptor" looks like a typo to me.

war package not working on wasce 2.1.1.6 while working on wasce 3.0.0.3

I am trying to deploy war on wasce 2.1.1.6 and it is getting failed at deployment with below error :

Maven repository : Browsing for this directory has been disabled

I am trying to download dependencies using Maven but Maven is not downloading any jars from the central repository which means i have to manually install them which is a pain
I can telnet from my computer to the central repository using telnet repo.maven.apache.org 80 but when i use a browser to access the repository http://repo.maven.apache.org/ i am getting the following webpage
Browsing for this directory has been disabled.
View this directory's contents on http://search.maven.org instead.

I have tried adding the following to my pom but this has not worked either

i FINALLY found the issue. I am using Windows 8 with JRE 6 and 7 installed. In my development environment i am using JRE 7.
Im not sure about the specifics but it looks like the JRE was trying to use IPv6. I disabled this and set it to use IPv4 using the below command and it resolved everything
cmd : setx _JAVA_OPTIONS -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true

The browser behavior is expected. Web browsers are prohibited to browse the root directory and lot of large subdirectories (org/com/net).
However, if you need to browse the repo, deeper points can be browsed: http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache
Note the repo1, you should always be using the domain name, repo1.maven.org.
UPDATE: looking at your pom.xml, seems you didn't replace standard info with your project info:

I ran the below code.

I think you need to update the version of jxls if you want to bundle POI-3.7.
Looking at the source for POI-3.7 is has a method:
public void setCellValue(RichTextString value)
{
HSSFRichTextString hvalue = (HSSFRichTextString) value;
....
}
rather than:
public void setCellValue(HSSFRichTextString value)
{
}
It would seem the latter was in POI-3.2, on which jxls has a dependency and which it was compiled against, but not in POI-3.7.
I note the answer below however looking at the class Signature for HSSFRichTextString in POI-3.2 it is as below:
public class org.apache.poi.hssf.usermodel.HSSFRichTextString implements java.lang.Comparable {
}
viz. does not implement RichTextString (which it does in POI-3.7).
It would seem then that POI-3.7 is not backwards compatible with POI-3.2.

I removed dependance poi 3.7 from pom and excluded poi-ooxml-schemas, poi-ooxml from jasperreports like below.

Update the jars 'poi-3.11.jar' and 'jxls-reader-1.0.6.jar' (working on jdk1.8+)

Please upgrade the apache poi jar version to 4.1.2. I'm using JasperReports 6.13.0 version, this was resolved for me.
