I'm trying to draw an image using Canvas.rotate and/or Canvas.drawBimtap, although everytime I use it, the image appears in random locations, no matter the X and Y coordinates I set it to. Here is my code, let me know if this is an issue I should report or if there is just an error in my code:

My goal with this code is to draw the image of a compass on a picture that is being saved to a special file on a device. I tested this by taking a picture but I noticed that, even when I changed nothing in my code, the compass would move to a random location, sometimes not even appearing.
You seem to have a lot of hard coded positions for the centre of the rotations and other items that might not be a suitable value for your actual size of bitmap backed canvas.
Probably best for the centre of rotation to be the centre of the bitmap i.e bitmap.getHeight()/2f and bitmap.getWidth()/2f and make everything relate to the size of the bitmap.
e.g.
cs.rotate(90,bitmap.getWidth()/2f ,bitmap.getHeight()/2f);
You also seem to do a rotation around a value that will change a lot depending on how you are holding the phone and what fluctuations there are in the magnetic field. The magnetic sensors reading are not that accurate and again the centre of this azimuth rotation is a weird hardcoded location (Same goes for the scale by 0.25f)
I have put somehow together a code that records my sensor data from the phone and i want to save them as csv file in some directory (maybe DCIM) in the internal Storage on the phone, but i cannot find something similar, i am also new to Android Studio and java.
On the bottom you can see ,i found that code example with
"getExternalFilesDir(null).getAbsolutePath()" , how can i change that , that my file is saved on the phone in internal storage and tell him exactly where so i can find it later and use it further ?

Firstly, I suggest you to post full error log, and only the code which create the problem (and not your entire project ...)
There is 3 possibilities which can create your problem :
File problem (path or file not exist).
Wrong format (or not supported one).
Not permission. Do file.setReadable(true); to fix this

I am creating an android camera app using opencv. First I make it like when I click the start button, it start taking pictures and in every second takes a picture and store it in storage. It works perfectly for me.
Then I tried to make it some tricky by forcing it to take 5 pictures in a second it works well.
But actually I faced problem when I make it to 20 pictures in 1 second. It did not work. The app hangs as soon as I click on the start button. I don't know why. But I think the problem is in threading.
Can someone help me how i will do it.

Note: The above code works well for taking 5 pictures in 1 second. But when I change thread.sleep(200) to thread.sleep(50) for taking 20 pictures in 1 second it hangs.
I have small problem. My problem is auto refresh to list messages.
How can instantly check data such as WhatsApp ?

WhatsApp is not instant check. It's is more like:
Screen off, check 10x after 30s, next 10x after 1m, next 3x after 5m and so on. and start again if the screen turns off again. WhatsApp is checkin in the background also when you close the app. They are using a service.
