Which NetBeans plug-ins or tools would you recommend for JSF development?

I would say "NetBeans" :)
As far as I know, NetBeans offers a native support of JSF development. So, I don't think you need additional plugin, no?

I want to use as a backend the play framework. However, I have only experience with primefaces && richfaces && jsf2.0. What would you choose as a good frontend framework, especially for rapid prototyping?
I appreciate your answer!
There was a long discussion about this on the play framework mailing list recently that you might find interesting: https://groups.google.com/d/topic/play-framework/IKdOowvRH0s/discussion

Can anyone suggest any java library to use Skype public API?
I have not found Skype4Java or JSkype libraries.
I found skype4java. Yesterday download link was not available, so I thought that the library is not supported. Now everything is fine.

Considered Alfresco, OpenKM and Knowledgetree.
I choose Knowledgetree because it has DMS centric approach. IMO it is the most suited DMS solution for handling document repository needs along with a well defined method.
