I'm trying to create an app for Android that simply sends a command to an SSH server. No response needed, I just need to be able to send a command. I was wondering if there's any java library out there that I could use?
No advanced stuff needed, just a pure connection to send the command.

You are searching for JSch.
Other libs are jaramiko, paramiko, trilead-ssh2 . A place where you can browse the source for trilead is the connectbot project. Please notice that connectbot also uses this unmaintained lib.
It also exists a commercial SSH Java lib: J2SSH Maverick

I have Processing, version 3.0, and I am interested to export any sketch to HTML but I have no clue of how to do it. Thanks.
Use Processing.js.
You should be able to use this from the Processing editor by going to the "modes" dropdown (it says "Java" by default), selecting "Add Mode...", then finding "JavaScript Mode" and installing it.
Once it's installed, you can use JavaScript mode to write Processing code and deploy it as HTML and JavaScript. Note that you won't be able to use any Java libraries like minim though.

I'm coding a Java application that needs a database. But the user of that app usually doesn't have a local MySQL server installation. An online MySQL server is not an option. So I'm looking for a solution to install a MySQL server with Java or use a built-in server.
Any suggestions?
You can use an in-memory/file based database such as H2, HSQL or SQLite instead. If you really need MySQL (you probably don't), you'll need to have your users install it.

I need to write an application that will export some data from a LDAP server and store it in a MySQL DB. Is there a suitable Java library for that?
All I've found so far is jLDAP being mentioned in one of SO questions, but the site I found offers two binaries of jldap: one for Windows and one for Unix, not a single jar file as I expected.
Will be grateful for any hints towards exporting LDAP data with Java.
The UnboundID LDAP SDK for Java is free, open source, feature-rich, actively developed, and does not have any external dependencies.
Take a look at Apache Directory Client API.
You can also try Novell LDAP java libraries

I'm looking for a lightweight and easy to install user management system made in JAVA. It should use a free Database System (MySQL for example) and handle basic security after logging (access or not with error message). I'm not looking for anything fancy/flexible like SpringSecurity.
Thank you!
I think OpenLdap would meet your requirements although not written in java, but which db other then derby is written in java?
Here is a tutorial how you access it using JNDI.
