i want to use some Methods of the Oracle Security Developer Tools Crypto Java API.
For Example http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B31017_01/security.1013/b25378/index.html.
But I didn´t found where i can get (download / buy) them.
Tell me I am stupid, but please tell me also, where i can get them.
I searched half a day in the Web and I always found the API reference but never a Link to download it.
Sorry, if it is obviously, but I don´t see it.

Well, on the assumption that you have a valid Oracle installation, then from the docs:
The Oracle Security Developer Tools are installed with Oracle Application Server in ORACLE_HOME.
If you don't have access to the install, ask your hosting team to get them for you. A few quick searches on the usual jar-finding sites all seem to indicate that the oracle security tools are definitely pay-for-play and aren't legally available outside of an oracle purchase.

I'm trying to develop a tool to order from Amazon. is there an Amazon API or a Java Plugin to do so?
I tried my best to find a solution but couldn't
It appears you used to be able to do this through corporate accounts, but they no longer exist. According to this post on the AWS dev forums, Amazon does not have any APIs for submitting orders.
However, you may be able to find other services not created by Amazon. I don't have experience with any, but I was able to find a candidate Zinc API (you need to apply for an access key).
Lastly, you did not include any information about your use case, and I'm not sure if it violates Amazon's TOS, but you may be able to just send REST requests from Java or create a Selenium bot.
Again, I have not used any of these suggested tools for Amazon's services and do not know if they violate TOS or will be successful.

I need to use a particular version of the oracle's JDK: 1.8.0_45.
However, I've been clicking around their website for far too long and just can't seem to find it.
I can find a download page for the most recent release (8u60 or whatever) and I can find the release notes for the release I need to use but I just can't find a link for the 1.8.0_45 release.
Do Oracle not host their old JDKs? Where can I download them that is reliable and secure?
I believe you're looking for the Java Archive Downloads - Java SE 8. For other vesions you can browse through the rest of the Java Archive.
You are looking for the Oracle archive. http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/archive-139210.html
In the past you had to login with Oracle credentials. But you can register there for free.

I need to write an application that will export some data from a LDAP server and store it in a MySQL DB. Is there a suitable Java library for that?
All I've found so far is jLDAP being mentioned in one of SO questions, but the site I found offers two binaries of jldap: one for Windows and one for Unix, not a single jar file as I expected.
Will be grateful for any hints towards exporting LDAP data with Java.
The UnboundID LDAP SDK for Java is free, open source, feature-rich, actively developed, and does not have any external dependencies.
Take a look at Apache Directory Client API.
You can also try Novell LDAP java libraries

My requirement is to access moodle as a backend engine and front end will be mint in Java[jsf]
now I want to know that is there any interface available to access Moodle from Java , using WebServices or any APIs or anything.
Initially I tried using Sakai which is in Java, but the problem is there is no clear API written for it.
So let me know the option for using Moodle from JAVA.
Also if it is possible than what will be the feature available through the WebServices or API. ?
Or any other LMS that is in Java and provide API or WebService to make this working.
I reviewed many LMS (dokeos, docebo, ATutor) last year and to be frank all of them sucked. Moodle was the most stable, had more plugins and a huge community.
I came across Project Sakai, I havn't tried it, but sounds promising. Something very interesting from Google is cloudcourse (in python I guess, but looks awesome demo). But not a complete LMS (compared to moodle).
You forgot to add Chamilo they have a list of available web services (SOAP) that you can use to create courses, users, add users to courses, etc
https://www.olat.org/ and https://www.openolat.com seem a good alternative to moodle.

I've recently downloaded Thinlet 0.75 (http://www.thinlet.com/index.html) and was wondering if anyone knew of decent documentation for this framework?
The tutorials/examples I have found online seem to refer to an older version of Thinlet as the code/xml is no longer applicable. The only semblance of documentation within the zip file is javadoc with no actual written documentation in it and a convoluted demo without any real explanation of anything.
At this point I suspect you need to contact the author Robert Bajzat directory (the copyright link has a link to his mail address). There may not be documentation written yet (one reason it is 0.75). If you have the source code for the demo applet then you can at least see it run and see the code at the same time.
