I use Java Media Framework.
I did whatever was played mp3, but many of them do not want to play.
Why?
this file not play http://depositfiles.com/files/7py43atpw
If you're use JMF MP3 Plugin properly, all should be fine. Probably you should give us your code sample.
Update:
Also, you could try JavaLayer
This library is full of bugs. And even when you'll manage to play a mp3, try it on mac or unix and you will get a surprise.

googled and found some libraries like xuggle, vlcj and how to convert video to audio. But I want to stream audio without making it as a separate audio file using java. Please help.
It might be possible to use vlcj for it even though it feels like a strange way to go since it's a library created for video playback.. but if you just don't set a video surface then it might play only the audio.. not sure if it's possible through the embeddedmediaplayercomponent but it should be possible if using the DirectMediaPlayerComponent.
I wish to play a video in JFrame. I am already using ffmpeg in my project. As I wish to keep the project light, I am not willing to use other frameworks like JMF or other. I know that I can play video using ffplay. But the problem here is ffplay opens the video in new window when I try
ffplay output.avi
I wish to put that video within my JFrame, like a player. How can I do this?

Please ask for any other clarifications, details, and suggest improvements or comment what you find wrong before downvoting or voting to close the question:). I will change it. I am really new to Java, I tried searching this but could not find any possible solution.
What I tried? I couln't find anything related to this, so I don't have any code. I am familiar to how to create frames, and can use runtime to ffplay video. But I got no clue how to put that video within my window:(.
All suggestions are welcome if you can suggest me other methods to play the video. But I haven't use any frameworks other than ffmpeg. And do not wish to make the application heavier. So it would be more helpful if it can be achieved using ffplay.
Look at the JMF 2.1.1 - Supported Formats. If the video types you wish to support are covered by the cross-platform1 version of the JMF, or you can find an SPI for the format, I'd say use JMF.
The 'performance pack' version uses natives which are now very old. I would not recommend trying to use them.
I will build a simple program that
Can play video file (.mp4) in my program.
Can extract the video, so that I can get the title, length, subtitle, and the audio, etc.
What is the library in Java that I should use?
I have googled, but I still can not find the best library. By the way, I have tried to download xuggler, but I can not find any file.exe that can install this library.
Please be kind because I never make a code regarding video player and video extractor.
For playing audio and video in your java program use Java Media Framework. It contains jar files that will provide you classes to play and handle audio and video files.
Use this tutorial for understanding of JMF.
I have successed to use xuggler in java. Xuggler website is suck because they don't keep good installer in their website. Every beginner who use xuggler must be have some trouble like me.
For every one who want to use Xuggler, you can follow this website
http://www.benfarahmand.com/2012/11/tutorial-using-xuggler-in-processing.html
the link to download file.exe xuggler is here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/oh7zcyilibzfoyb/xuggle-xuggler.5.1.0-win64-setup.exe
Thank you :)
I'm writing a video recording program, and it's going quite well. I can record mic as well as video from the screen. However, I would also like to be able to obtain sounds from another Java program and then sync them with the video. Basically, record the audio as it is played by the other program.
Is there a way to accomplish this? I'm pretty new with sound, and have read a bit up on it. I think I need to set up a mixer, but I'm not sure if I can actually obtain sound from another Java program that way.
This is not possible with java sound, not because of any particular problem with java sound, but because not all audio APIs that java builds on support this feature. (Core audio on the mac for example, and ASIO on windows. Not sure about ALSA on linux, but I don't think it supports this either).
If you are on windows and want to write JNI/JNA code you can use PortAudio which supports this on one of the audio APIs (sorry I can't recall which one).
Is there a way to make an audio/video player in Java that can play on a website?
I searched around but I don't understand enough yet for this.
We are going to setup a server that can stream OGG and FLAC audio files. We need a player that can play them on a webpage.
Our backend is built with Java. Before we put together a project for a Java programmer I want to know what the possibilities are.
Can this be done with an applet and simply add the right codecs and place it on the webpage?
Yes, we made js flac player. This is code of js codec: https://github.com/audiocogs/flac.js
This framework https://github.com/audiocogs/aurora.js for made player
You just to embed the HTML for a player, then add your own script to play the audio/video.
Here's how to Embed the code for WMP:

Sorry, I don't know what files it can play but just give it a shot...
Found jPlayer. HTML5 with flash fallback.
