JTable RowSorter throws IndexOutOfBoundException even if index < size

When I try to sort one column immediately after the Jtable is loaded, I get IndexOutOfBoundException even if index is lesser than the size. I feel that even if the table has finished loading, there are some updates happening on the table model. Is there any way to detect if all the updates on the table model are finished?
I am using Jtable's AutoCreateRowSorter.

GUI showing java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException when refreshing JTable

Whenever I'm running my Java GUI application it is showing the following exception when refreshing JTable:

change the below line in your code
int numColumnsInTableModel=13;
like this
int numColumnsInTableModel=table.getColumnCount();

Probably your table model contains less then 13 columns, this would be why in the first line in the for-loop an IndexOutOfBounds-Exception is thrown, as this is the only place in your code where an index is used at all. I would suggest not to just set the numColumnsInTableModel to 13, but instead to obtain the number of columns from the model directly with getColumnCount() to avoid this exception.

Of course, you should be worried. A null pointer means that a variable that is supposed to contain something is empty and is used. Moreover it is in paintComponent function so it might reflect on the look and feel of the application.

java.lang.SecurityException: Resource is not accessible

I'm receiving this exception when accessing the cells of a JTable. It happens specifically when I click off the first cell and move to the second cell. The error started appearing in Java 7 update 45. In update 51, the error no longer appears, but the cells lock up instead. Below is the rather long stack trace.
Since I assumed it had to do with the new security measures being added to java, I've tried to make the application compliant by signing all the jars and adding the appropriate manifest attributes. But the issue still persists. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

error in setModel builder

I am implementing my own model from the TableModel interface. My problem is in the builder of my model. I pass as arguments an Object[][] like datas readed from the database and Object[] like headers readed from the database too.
In the tableModel interface i have an ArrayList where i keep the datas readed from DB.
How can i copy my Object[][] of two dimensions to my ArrayList.
In the following lines i show my code where you can see what i am doing.

In the code, as you can see, i have writen a System.out.println, to see if it is Reading from database, and aparently it is ok.

Your implementation of TableModel provides no means for the JTable to add itself as a listener to its model, as required by the TableModel interface. Instead, extend AbstractTableModel, which provides the requisite implementation. EnvTableTest is a basic example.
If this is not the problem, Please edit your question to include an sscce and stack trace that exhibits the problem you describe.
