Implement intent method after clicking the notification (NotificationCompat.Builder)

I'm developing a notification method. it's working successfully. but how can I implement Onclick method to navigate a specific activity?

How to make notification dissapear after click

I want to make a notification disappear after a click, I don't want to go to new Activity. This is how I build a notification :

I change this :
PendingIntent pendingIntent = PendingIntent.getActivity(context, 0, in, 0);
to
PendingIntent pendingIntent = PendingIntent.getActivity(context, 0, new Intent(), 0);
and it works

Well, I'm trying to use notifications, but this code doesn't work. I've tested it on 4.4 and 5.0. I can't understand, what is wrong.

It is probably because Google changes its notification API quite a lot in each Android Edition. So the API you used not compatible for multi Android version. But Google release appcompat-v7 \appcompat-v4 to solve this stuff.
Try the following code:

NotificationManager manager = (NotificationManager) getSystemService(NOTIFICATION_SERVICE);
Context context = getApplicationContext();
Intent notificationIntent = new Intent(context, TestNotificationActivity.class);
PendingIntent contentIntent = PendingIntent.getActivity(context, 0, notificationIntent, PendingIntent.FLAG_CANCEL_CURRENT);
NotificationCompat.Builder builder = new NotificationCompat.Builder(this);
Notification notification = builder
.setContentIntent(contentIntent)
.setContentTitle("this is title")
.setContentText("this is content")
.setWhen(System.currentTimeMillis())
.setSmallIcon(R.mipmap.ic_launcher)
.setLargeIcon(BitmapFactory.decodeResource(getResources(), R.mipmap.ic_launcher))

Remember to import android.support.v7.app.NotificationCompat.

Notifications Code in Android

I am trying to write a simple notification code in a button that create a notification when i press on it but the notification doesn't appear when i press on the button here is the code i am using

Android - Why Activity is Open after click notification?

I have a function to display a notification, which I call from various activities.

works perfect, the problem is that pressing on the notification opens the activity that created the notification and that's wrong, I think the notiifcacion activity should not open when I select the notification.
Why? there any way to fix this?
I do not want to open any activity when I select the notification.

In order to have no action taken when clicking the notification, you may set an empty Intent as follows:
Intent notificationIntent = new Intent() ;
PendingIntent contentIntent = PendingIntent.getActivity(this, 0, notificationIntent, 0);
notification.contentIntent = contentIntent;

Intent notificationIntent = new Intent(pContexto, pContexto.getClass());
i guess this is the line you have to change with
Intent notificationIntent = new Intent(pContexto, yourClass.class);
