getting data from system environment variable using spring 4

I am trying to set datasource db_url, username, password by getting from Environmet variable using spring 4.x

I can't #Autowire field in java #Configuration file

I think you need to include your xml config in Java config first.

Why don't you write the definition of your Bean inside the Configuration class? You can have all your configuration inside there. You don't need an applicationContext.xml and a Configuration class.

No qualifying bean of type [javax.sql.DataSource] found for dependency: expected at least 1 bean - Looks like your DataSource is of a different type. Is there a mismatch between the type of dataSource in your Config and xml. org.springframework.jdbc.datasource.DriverManagerDataSource and javax.sql.DataSource.

TL;DR - Fix your import to be the same as your bean definition for you autowired object.
Is it possible that your import for the DataSource object is different from the bean definition in your spring xml?
In the exception, it clearly says:
"No qualifying bean of type [javax.sql.DataSource] found for
dependency: expected at least 1 bean which qualifies as autowire
candidate for this dependency."
Where in your bean definition of your spring xml, you have:

I dont know how to bypass this.
In fact, I try to create a REST Webservice with Spring. It works fine when I use the tutorial where we have to start the service manually.
But when I want to deploy my app witch a war file (with the Spring tutorial build.gradle) it doesnt work...

Okay, so I created a template in src /resources/templates , with nothing inside and the War can be deployed.

I tried adding the jar files in the D:\IBM\Websphere\lib\,
activation 1.1 jar, mybatis-3.1.1.jar, activiti-spring-5.12.1.jar, activiti-engine-5.12.1.jar and also have added these files in the web-inf-lib file.
Can anybody please guide me?.

I downloaded activity jar through maven and found the following jars missing and added it in websphere\lib folder. Here are the list of jar files,
commons-email-1.2 jar, mail-1.4.1.jar, common-langs-2.4.jar, commons-logging-1.1.1.jar, joda-time-2.1.jar, slf4j-api-1.7.2.jar, jcl-over-slf4j-1.7.2.jar, aopalliance-1.0.jar, commons-dbcp-1.4.jar, commons-pool-1.5.4.jar.
Now it is working.
