My hamburguer icon in action bar doesn't open the drawer

I have a problem with my hamburguer icon, if I touch don't open the drawer.
My drawer only works with the action bar layout, but I need it transparent and only can make with the toolbar, I'm brazilian and sorry for the errors of english

Can someone help me? I need this hamburguer icon work.

Basically the layout was overlapping the status bar, as said in the comment of darwind, I arranged by inverting and putting the include in the right place.

Creating the Sub Menu in Navigation Drawer in Android

You should use NavigationView from Android Support Design Library instead of this NavigationDrawer.

Android how toggle with the button in toolbar to open/close navigation drawer with Fragments

I am new in Android Development after reading so many tutorials and documentation and spending some time finally i managed to create a navigation drawer with the toolbar. but currently the problem is i can only open drawer by swiping from left side of the screen (not capable open/close drawer with toolbar) i don't know how in onCreateView i can access to navigation drawer id which is not set in onCreateView's setContentView but it is set in onCreate's SetContentView of that class. I use Fragments. i attach my entire code , would appreciate if somebody would say with the button in toolbar ( id burger_btn) how can i change my code to open and close the drawer. Thanks

Working with android actionbar

I have a code for making a slide menu navdrawer in android, which is provided as a slide.jar i downloaded from somewhere in internet and it is working fine. when i click the icon in action bar, the drawer slides well. The problem is that, i dont want my action bar to slide, but the left menu drawer only should slide, below the action bar.
and also, sliding is possible when i click the icon, but how to make the icon and title as a slingle clickable item as in gmail's app.

In order to have the correct implementation of a Navigation Drawer, I recommend staying away from 3rd party libraries as the Android provided ones work. The first thing you're going to want to write is your XML layout with a DrawerLayout:

how can I add an image to the bottom of a Drawer view?

So i'm wanting to be able to place an logo image at the bottom of my drawer view separate from the list. I've seen people do similar things with other list view and things like that, but whenever I try implementing that i get a lot of java errors. any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Include a RelativeLayout inside your FrameLayout (child). Then you can put your logo at the bottom ! Hope that works!

Replace: mDrawerLayout.isDrawerOpen(mDrawerList); with mDrawerLayout.isDrawerOpen(ratafeia);

Bottom line, replace every mDrawerList with your relativeLayout !

See the layout I created myself to achieve a similar thing, here..
Also, at the time of closing the drawer call drawer.close(Gravity.START), don't pass listView object here, pass the relative layout instead.
