Spring 4 runs schedule task twice, no applicationContext.xml - java

I read both of this but they do not seem to work

I do not have #Configurable class, and I do not use applicationConetxt.xml.
My ScheduleTasks

I can see that when I run the app in tomcat, the task prints twice evrey 5 seconds.
Somebody says to remove

it works , but I feel this is not a solution. since this should be needed.(at least from the example from google)

Remove the context loader listener. You only need that if you have to initialize a parent context. The contexts from the dispatcher servlet are standalone, but could access such parent contexts if needed, i.e. to retreive a service or dao.

i am new in Spring framework and

I don't know why ´http:localhost:8080/ejemplospring/mail.html´ doesn't match with the url pattern .html?, I get a 404 error and if I try with / or / I get the same error.
Try to uncomment

Seems that it is not finding the Controller and therefore not registering the Mapping.
Why do you have your ComponentScan commented out? You need to enable this (uncomment), so it finds your #Controller

First issue is that you have to enable component scanning for the beans to be created.
Second one is that Spring MVC by default ignores the the extension in the URL, as it's to be used for specific purposes like .json/.xml would indicate to Spring MVC that you need data in JSON or XML format.
So your URL should be mail.html.someExtension ie. mail.html.do.
If you don't want to do that and you absolutely must have the extension as it is then you can use following configuration to enable extension mapping.

Otherwise simplest way would be to just use some simple URL like /mail without any extension.

How to avoid "Root WebApplicationContext: initialization started" loading twice?

I am using Spring MVC, Spring security and deploying in Apache Tomcat 1.7x. I notice that Web Application context is getting loaded twice. Please let me know what is wrong with my configuration.

There are more than way to do this. The way that will work depends how servlet-context.xml are.
First, you can just remove <beans:import resource="servlet-context.xml" /> from your spring-security.xml.
Other way is remove this:

Spring bean placed inside application context is not working

I have worked with Spring annotations a bit, but never with spring xml. I have to create an application where all the beans are kept in applciationContext.xml file and not in xxx-dispather.xml. But when i place the beans inside xxx-dispatcher.xml i am able to hit the controller class and everything works fine, But when i place the same beans inside applciationContext.xml it does not work at all. All i get is 404 exception.

Add the following:

This will let you just use the controller annotation to locate you controllers.

Using #Scheduled annotation in a Webapplikation (JSF+Spring)

My Web application is polling a Database for changes and Showing those changes on a JSP. The Database is changed by a legacy System and no possibility to get an event on Data change.
My approach is to poll the Database and synchronizing the data with an Application bean. If the data has changed, I use a push mechanism to update the JSP page. The Thread that polls the database is spawned by the Application bean.
I’m already using spring in my Web application so I want to use the spring #Scheduled annotation because I don’t want to spawn a Thread and let Spring handle the periodical execution. But the the Method is not execute Periodically.
I'm using Tomcat and MS Sql Server.

An let the Data Bean Implement the Interface and Register to the SchedulerComponent

Now i got Scheduled with Spring and i got FacesContext in AgentDataBean so i can Execute a Icefaces Push.
