I am migrating a non-maven webapp project to maven and i am having some issues.
I have in my page:
<h:body onkeydown="desabilitaEnterEnvioForm(event);" onkeyup="trocaComboBoxPesquisa(event);">
...
</h:body>
But after rendering the html in the browser all i see is this:
<body>...</body>
For some reason it took out the body methods... What can cause this strange behavior?
UPDATE
I run my app in tomcat 8.
here is my web.xml:
<web-app xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"

UPDATE 2
I found that the problem is caused by libraries conflict (i think), because if in my pom.xml i put only these dependencies it works:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.glassfish</groupId>
<artifactId>javax.faces</artifactId>
<version>2.2.2</version>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>javax.servlet</groupId>
<artifactId>javax.servlet-api</artifactId>
<version>3.0.1</version>
<scope>provided</scope>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>javax.el</groupId>
<artifactId>javax.el-api</artifactId>
<version>3.0.1-b04</version>
<scope>provided</scope>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>javax.servlet.jsp.jstl</groupId>
<artifactId>jstl-api</artifactId>
<version>1.2</version>
</dependency>
But if i put all my project dependencies it causes the error:
<dependency>
<groupId>junit</groupId>
<artifactId>junit</artifactId>
<version>3.8.1</version>
<scope>test</scope>
</dependency>
<dependency>

Maybe some of these dependencies are wrong, but which one?
I tried with JSF 2.2, this code snippet :
<h:body onload="init();" onclick="init();" ondblclick="init();" onkeydown="init();"
onkeypress="init();" onkeyup="init();" onmousedown="init();" onmousemove="init();"
onmouseout="init();" onmouseover="init();" onmouseup="init();" onunload="init();" >
</h:body>
Here's the generated HTML :
<body onload="init();" onunload="init();"></body>
It seems only onload and onunload events are being rendered on <h:body>, even though the documentation says otherwise : https://myfaces.apache.org/core21/myfaces-impl/tagdoc/h_body.html
EDIT :
Here's a solution to enable support of these events for your <h:body> : Body attributes (onkeydown, onkeyup...) not rendered after upgrading to Primefaces 5.1, from 4.0

I have a problem with auto wired interface of UserSevice which always returns me a null value, due to (as I think) wrong implementation of jersey into my spring app. So I need a clear reference or example of spring 5 mvc with jersey 2.x
Thanks in advice!
i have a running project which supports spring mvc 5x, jersey 2x, and jsf(primefaces)

So the answer is just to extend my class which gonna be REST api implementation from SpringBeanAutowiringSupport class
P.S. main point was in configuring Spring 5 with jersey without
"artifactId" jersey-spring4 "/artifactId"
dependency, because it caused "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/springframework/beans/factory/config/BeanDefinitionCustomizer"
As I understand, my app had some configs which are in conflict with this dependency and tried to get SPRING 4 class from my spring 5 application
I know that this question is asked too many times, but I have been stuck for like 3 hours on this and have tried a lot of ways to solve this by reading a lot of Stack Overflow posts and I came to a decision to submit a question here.
I am attaching my dependency list and the project structure and a part of my code that is used as a web service.

Is there anything that is wrong with my code or dependencies ?
Waiting for some answer thanks in advance.
I'm trying to start an application that's running on a Docker Container with WAS Liberty 8.5.5.9 (webProfile 7-0) but even though the log says that the server and the application starts sucessfully I got "Context Root Not Found" and the following messages on my log:
SRVE0274W: Error while adding servlet mapping for path-->rest/, wrapper-->ServletWrapper[br.com.lightningtech.api.application.SonoroAPIApplication:[rest/]], application-->SonoroBluemixApp.
SRVE0274W: Error while adding servlet mapping for path-->/faces/, wrapper-->ServletWrapper[Faces Servlet:[/faces/, *.jsf, *.faces, *.xhtml]], application-->SonoroBluemixApp.
I think this is a conflict issue with some jar. Can someone help me to fix this, please?

Thanks in advance! :)
I am having problems with passing ModelMap attribute to tsp page. The Intelij IDEA recognizes the variable passing well, but when I deploy an application on tomcat, and the actual page is loaded, I can see only variable names, instead of variable values. Trying to print some data to .jsp view.

That should solve your problem.
When I am creating a new Spring MVC project using eclipse and maven, it throws the following error when I do a run as maven build(goal is tomcat:run). I did the build after clean and install.
SEVERE: Error configuring application listener of class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener
The other solutions for this problem are to add the maven dependencies in deployment assembly from the project properties.
But, the deployment assembly option is not present when I right click the properties.
I also tried adding spring.jar manually.
The class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener is present in the maven dependency and still the error is thrown.

This is because you mark your Spring dependencies with <scope>provided</scope> on your maven pom.xml and you did not include the actual jars on the classpath when running the program. There are two possible solutions:
Change the dependency scope into compile
Include the spring jars with matching version to your classpath when running the application
