getting data from system environment variable using spring 4

I am trying to set datasource db_url, username, password by getting from Environmet variable using spring 4.x

I have tried to clean and redeploy several times but the error remains same.
In the starting of the error, a class is specified as not found, and this path keeps on changing on every new deployment. I was successfully able to work on this project till today morning and have found this issue after restarting my eclipse. I have not made any changes in any of the configurations which I was using, so I strongly believe that this is not related to any of the XML files associated with the project.

You've got the wrong driver name here:
jdbc.driverClassName=com.mysql.jdbcDriver
It should be:
jdbc.driverClassName=com.mysql.jdbc.Driver
Note the . between jdbc and Driver.
The way to diagnose similar things is to look at the class that it couldn't find:
Cannot load JDBC driver class 'com.mysql.jdbcDriver'
That already looks suspicious as the name jdbcDriver doesn't follow Java naming conventions. So at that point you then double-check what it should really be - e.g. by looking in the jar file - and fix the configuration.
As noted in comments, I don't think it's a good idea to have multiple versions of the same jar file on the classpath though - I can't see that ending well.

I had this issue and it turned out to be that my .properties file had a pair of "\t\t" at the end of the driverClassName value. But when the error would print out it didn't show the tabs. I eventually found this as I walked through a lengthy debugging trek.
So if someone finds this on SO and you've got the above problem, check your .prop file, make sure there's nothing odd at the end of the values.
