I want to load one url into my webview, Its a Casino game. But when i open the app it show "Please Rotate Your Device" in a black screen.
How i can check that message programmatically and set the screen orientation landscape instead of user rotating their device ?

Just add
android:screenOrientation="sensorLandscape"
to your Activity tag. It will force the device into landscape while that Activity is displayed, while allowing either landscape orientation (based on the device's sensor readings).

I guess you simply have to register your MenuActivity in you AndroidManifest.xml as demonstrated here.
Looking at your code, it looks like you created a MenuActivity class after creating an android project with default settings and MenuActivity is your main activity(Launcher) class.
Just replace the MainActivity with MenuActivity in your AndroidManifest.xml file and delete

My issue is that the Intent will not work, when I got to Eclipse's suggestion of how to fix it, it says:
The constructor Intent(SelectionFragment, Class) is undefined
Your onClick attribute must match by exact naming to a public method that has the same name. You have attribute android:onClick="TheGame" and the method signature is public void startTheGame (View view). Change the onClick attribute value to "startTheGame".
However, I would rather use View.OnClickListener instead of setting the onClick attribute because:
On the long run you may reuse/move/change this layout and you will end-up with the same error.
You might do some refactoring and you might change this method by accident or not, and the compiler will not complain.
Setting this type of linkage between UI and model seems to me a violation of MVC.
In case you are starting activity from your fragment, try this:

When I rotate my screen, the WebView reloads the whole page. I can't have this since some of my content contains dynamic/random material. Currently when rotated the screen reloads the original URL from the loadUrl() method.

I think the main problem is that you call web.loadUrl(webURL); also when savedInstanceState != null

I don't believe this will work anymore. In my case, restoring state using WebView.restore(Bundle savedInstanceState) still triggers a reload of the url.
Looking at the docs for restoreState() you'll see it says:
If it is called after this WebView has had a chance to build state (load pages, create a back/forward list, etc.) there may be undesirable side-effects.
and
Please note that this method no longer restores the display data for this WebView.

declared by the minSdkVersion and targetSdkVersion attributes), you
must include the "screenSize" value in addition to the "orientation"
value. That is, you must decalare
android:configChanges="orientation|screenSize". However, if your
application targets API level 12 or lower, then your activity always
handles this configuration change itself (this configuration change
does not restart your activity, even when running on an Android 3.2 or
higher device).
setting android:configChanges="orientation|screenSize" on your activity will resolve this issue.
Also, take note of the following
Remember: When you declare your activity to handle a configuration
change, you are responsible for resetting any elements for which you
provide alternatives. If you declare your activity to handle the
orientation change and have images that should change between
landscape and portrait, you must re-assign each resource to each
element during onConfigurationChanged().

It looks like you've not defined the Activity Element in the manifest xml for WifiHotSpotActivity. Without this you will be unable to launch this activity.
