Unable to launch application : JNLP error - java

However, I tried enabling java caching by checking “Keep temporary files on my computer.”
But I still get the exception:

But with JRE7.08 it is running fine. After installing JDK8 it's not running. What was the problem ? Do i need to change any settings. Please help me.

I have found solution for this i.e., configured invalid proxy settings in
Control Panel --> Java --> General --> Network settings and those are differ with browser settings. So, selected Use browser Settings and tried again them it's working fine.

JNLP cert issue for jogl. signed jars and now java.lang.NumberFormatException: For input string: ""

Java has changed their security policy so we could no longer self sign our app. Then they changed it so any libraries we called couldnt be self signed so we used our certificate auth cert to sign those too, but when I try to run our jnlp I get the following and can't find which line or even which file the error is for.

JWS not working after updating my system from Java7 to Java8

Earlier, my JWS was running fine (on my website). I uninstalled Java 7 and installed Java 8 on my computer. Since then under-written error is giving me nightmares. Any help will be appreciated, pls. Thanks in advance.

I think my problem is my jar file is self-signed.
Please tell me how to sign jar file with certificate?

Unable to launch the application

I'm making a simple game in JavaFX and I have a problem with running the application. I use NetBeans 6.9.1. The application type is "JavaFX Script Application".
When I build project, it creates four files in the folder dist. These are:
BcJavaFX.html file
BcJavaFX.jar file
BcJavaFX.jnlp file
BcJavaFX_browser.jnlp file
On the computer where I'm developing this game, the game runs after opening BcJavaFX.jnlp or BcJavaFX_browser.jnlp. With BcJavaFX_browser.jnlp the game runs in a browser. With BcJavaFX.jnlp the game run in classic window. Next to the top right corner by window is a small exclamation mark. When I hover over the exclamation mark with the mouse, the text "Java Application Window" is diplayed. But the application runs correctly.
The problem is that the application does not run on other computerss. When I open the files BcJavaFX.jnlp or BcJavaFX_browser.jnlp on other computers, a window is shown with the message "Unable to launch the application". The exception details are:
