It seems that drools kbase bean packages is trying to access root "/". Please suggest is any configuration I am missing in drools 6.2.0 Spring integration.
Backslash character is the escape character in Java. To use it "as is", you have to double it: "\\".
If you pay attention, you will see that the path is not complete. It is probably trying to infer some default path.
Try to provide it explicitly.

There's a reference to Cannot resolve reference to bean 'mybeamName3' in the error message.
Looks like a typo (beam) when referencing this bean.
I was trying to migrate a war deployed in jboss to tomcat 8. I am facing the below exception while loading my application context xml. This was working in jboss. (Had Same issue with dataSource, but it got fixed when I configured <GlobalNamingResources/> settings in context.xml.)

I'm working on a spring-mvc project in 3.1(spring version : 3.1.2.RELEASE and security 3.1.3.RELEASE)
I'm trying to move into 3.2 latests release 3.2.17 (spring) and 3.2.9 for spring security, following http://docs.spring.io/spring/docs/3.2.x/spring-framework-reference/html/migration-3.2.html (but i don't really get what D6 part means : what i have to change?)

I'm very new to JAVA web applications so keep this in mind. I've taken on a very big project, it's daunting. I finally got the Maven dependancies fixed and am now getting my first errors when running on Tomcat.

I think I'm making good progress with a large Maven Multimode Project I've inherited. I'm a complete beginner in all regards with Tomcat and JAVA projects so please excuse my naivety. I believe I need to know how to define the location of my JDBC properties config but I don't where to start looking to be honest.
