Add generated Apache Avro source with build-helper-maven-plugin

I'm using Apache avro to generate some pojos, all work very well in run, expect that the generated source is marked as inexistent in imports on IDE (intellij) .
I tried to use build-helper-maven-plugin to add source, but it doesn't work
this is my maven configuration for apache avro and build helper plugins :

Try changing your pom with following and run clean install and then you should be able to import.

<sourceDirectory>${project.basedir}/src/main/resources/</sourceDirectory>
<source>${project.build.directory}/generated-sources</source>
</configuration>
In POM InteliJ may give you a fake error after adding this but your build will success.

"generated-sources" reside under ${project.build.directory}/target folder
Also, try marking "generated-sources" as source directory. You can do that by:
Project Structure → Modules → Click the generated-sources folder and make it a sources folder.

How to generate Java classes from WSDL with jaxb2-maven-plugin 2.x?

I am trying using the pluggin jaxb2-maven-plugin to create the Java class from the wsdl.
With the version 1.5 this code from Generate classes with jaxb2-maven-plugin from WSDL works:

But when use plugin version 2.3.1, I get this error:
Failed to execute goal org.codehaus.mojo:jaxb2-maven-plugin:2.3.1:xjc (xjc) on project demo: MojoExecutionException: NoSchemasException -> [Help 1]
Does someone know how use WSDL file with this new plugin version?

When the jaxb2-maven-plugin version is >= 2.0 you have to use the follow configuration:

The difference is not only the syntax. That version does not create the class within the project (src/main/java), it creates in the directory that you wrote in outputDirectory and in the package of packageName.
When you use the class generated it is transparent like if it would be in the same project.

Maven wsdl import. How to use the generated files?

i have a problem and I'm not able to solve or understand the hole workflow behind this process.
I use eclipse with maven.

The jaxws-maven-plugin generate the files in the sourceDestDir. The build-helper-maven-plugin add the files during the maven install process the to the correct folder and also into the resulting jar file. So far so good.
But I'm not able to use the generated files/classes in eclipse. So in eclipse maven does not recognize the files as source or does not but this in the source path. Did I make an mistake or did I miss something?

Update:
I observer a strange behavior. Same test project same pom file. If I import this existing Maven Project in eclipse it works like expected. I can directly use the generated files as source.
But if I delete this source folder, I'm still not able to restore this with maven.

How to override configLocation in maven checkstyle plugin?

I want to override the configLocation option in maven checkstyle plugin. Sample part of POM.xml is :

As it can be seen above, checkstyle-config is a separate maven project which contains the rules for style check and the config file use for rules is blahblah/checkstyle/checkstyle.xml. If I have to override blahblah/checkstyle/checkstyle.xml and use some other .xml which is stored in current project and not checkstyle-config project, then how can I do that?

You can override the plugin configuration in your module by copying the above plugin configuration part and just overriding the config location. In this you can move the configuration tag to within the execution, so that that configuration is applicable to that execution only.

i just changed my goal to xjc and mvn jaxb2:xjc it worked i was able to get the jxb classes generated
