After installing Alfresco PDF Toolkit, Alfresco fail to start - java

I tried the followings but fail to find a way to make Alfresco PDF Toolkit works.
I am planning to use either Alfresco community 4.2e or 5.0d and I want to add the Alfresco PDF Toolkit in it.
I use the AMPs provided in the website. It said it support Alfresco 4.x to 5.x
I install the amps by apply_amps command.
I successfully installed Alfresco PDF Toolkit 1.2 on 4.2e, but Alfresco fail to start after.
I failed to install Alfresco PDF Toolkit 1.3 on 4.2e.
I successfully installed Alfresco PDF Toolkit 1.2 on 5.0d, but Alfresco fail to start after.
I successfully installed Alfresco PDF Toolkit 1.3 on 5.0d, but Alfresco fail to start after.
The fail to start error is the same and is listed below:

Is it possible that I need to install additional component or else?
How can I make it work?

I am trying to get my tomcat 8.5 to start on my eclipse.
Everytime I get this error.
I already tried the below fixes but nothing seems to work:
Added log4j.jar to my classpath
cleaned Tomcat Directory
My JDK is 1.8
My JRE is 1.8
Any idea what else to try?

I found my issue.
My lib folder was outside the WebContent folder...
I copied it inside WebContent/WEB-INF and everything is working now

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/fileupload/FileItemFactory at java.lang.Class.getDeclaredConstructors0(Native Method)

I have to upload a file on a local website,
I am using Spring, Hibernate, but I do not use Maven.
I know I have a little problem with my architecture but it works before I try to upload my file.
My architecture is like :
- src :
- Controller : With my controller
- Dao : With my DAO
- Model : With my Model
- Hibernate : With my Hibernate
- applicationContext.xml : With beans for dao
...
- WebContent :
- Views : With my jsp
- WEB-INF :
- dispatchers-servlet.xml : With beans for controller and views
- web.xml : with the servlet and servlet mapping
I tried to add :
<!-- Configure the multipart resolver -->
<bean id="multipartResolver" class="org.springframework.web.multipart.commons.CommonsMultipartResolver">
<!-- one of the properties available; the maximum file size in bytes -->
<property name="maxUploadSize" value="100000"/>
</bean>
I added this in dispatchers-servlet.xml.
But when I started my server, I had this problem :

I have added commons-fileupload-1.3.1.jar to my buildpath but still it doesn't work.
Answer: The Apache Commons FileUpload jar must be on the classpath at runtime. If you are using Gradle or Maven you can add it as a dependency in your project's build.gradle or maven pom file.
Explanation: Apache Commons FileUpload is an optional dependency of Spring Web. Neither Maven nor Gradle will automatically resolve/download optional dependencies. Optional dependencies have to be manually added to your project's list of dependencies when your project uses a feature that requires them.
Since my project uses the CommonsMultipartResolver class from Spring Web, we in fact do need Apache Commons FileUpload at runtime. After adding the following to the dependencies block in my build.gradle file everything worked perfectly:
runtime 'commons-fileupload:commons-fileupload:1.3.1'
It would be nice if there were some way to determine the full set of optional dependencies that a project requires at runtime. The only solution I can think of is comprehensive unit test coverage, but that may not be feasible for many projects.
If you include in lib folder and problem still persists, Try to keep
commons-fileupload-1.3.1.jar in tomcat/lib.

I kept all the jar files in the lib folder in eclipse even though when I am trying to run the basic application it is getting the above error?
The error is caused by GXP plugin deployed with the application, if you are not using GXPs then remove it from classpath. The referenced class is org.apache.struts2.views.gxp.inject.InjectedObjectContainer absent in the distribution. You might need additional libraries to satisfy dependency to use this plugin correctly. Certainly it is google-gxp, you can look up required libraries in the maven repository.

error while deploy app with tomcat

I have developed an app and now am trying to deployed it on Tomcat. when I start start.bat file in Tomcat directory. My console doesn't display any errors and when I open log files, I see this error:
java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.sun.xmk.ws.transport.http.servlet.WSServletContextListener
On many forums people say that I didn't add jaxws-rt.jar lib. But I have added it. First I added it as a dependency in maven. After that I deleted the dependency and downloaded the library from official site and added it to my lib folder. This too didn't help. So how can I fix this error?

Instead of putting the jars in your app's WEB-INF/lib dir, put it under the lib dir under Tomcat install directory. That should fix the error.

I have no idea why this is happening. any clues?
You're missing required libraries, at least the JSON library. This may be because you're not using Maven or an equivalent.
You can't just drop a plugin library into your app and expect it to work, plugins have their own dependencies.
