I have problem with saving object to output stream. I was reading something there and i tried to make FileChosser transient, but my IDE says, that it is not allowed here. All my classes implements Serializable, so I don't know, where is problem.

I am trying to take data from a GUI and also from arraylists in my model class and then want to put them into another arraylist. Everytime the code runs, it works fine but then when I close the application and the serializer code runs the IOException gets thrown.
The only thing I access from the model class is an arraylist but I am accessing this array list in other classes and I don't have a problem.
Orginally I had the arraylist that I am adding to in the model class, I assumed that was what was throwing the exception so I moved it to another class, however the exception is still being thrown.
I have tried the rest of the event handlers on the form but this is the only one that causes the exception.

The Problem

The reference type Appointments seems not to implement Serializable and the error raises because you try to serialize in the method formWindowClosing with out.writeObject(model) an instance of Appointments.
Modify Appointments
If you own the class just write
public class Appointments implements Serializable {
// ...
}
But you expected an IOException
With catch(IOException ex) you catch an IOException and all subclasses of it including NotSerializableException.

I would like to be able to detect when at least 1000/fRate milliseconds are passed in a loop that its, in general, more fast than 1000/fRate.
I think TimerTask grants exactly at least one execution every time interval but I am getting concurrency issues(unsurprisingly) with this implementation, any workaround?

When I debug this part of the code, I place this same line in the 'watch' window of the IDE and it shows the code is correct, I mean, it returns annotation as Size type, but during run-time the code just breaks. Does anybody knows why is this cast not working? And why is this annotation working under a Proxy class?

I suspect, that the real reason for your problems is that you have (somehow) managed to get copies of the Size interface loaded; i.e. in different classloaders. The class names appear to be the same, but if you check the classloaders (getClass().getClassLoader()), I suspect that you will find they are different.

Finally, I have found out the problem: it's the use of checkpoint.
In Spark, checkpoint allows users to truncate the lineage of RDD, but a checkpoint will be created only after RDD is computed by an action (like collect, count).
In my program, no actions are invoked on clusters RDD, so checkpoints are not created, serialization chain of clusters still keeps growing and result in stackoverflowerror finally. To fix it, invoke count after checkpoint.
