Multiple React applications in one Spring Boot project

We have a Spring Boot based project where our frontend is written in React and try to build a single war file that has React build inside it. Now, we need to add one more React app into it. I tried to refer to this link, but not able to achieve the result. What changes should be done in order to add two React apps inside one Spring Project? The new react project name is er360, as per the suggested stackoverflow link, we need to consider the react app as a module. But after that it is mentioned that the React app needs to refer parent pom, something like this:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError caused by ClassNotFoundException

I need to cooperate with an external API in order to decode green pass, in particular i'm following the guide of https://gae-piaz.medium.com/decode-the-eu-green-pass-qrcode-using-java-b5654e55b0fc, and i use Maven dependencies adding them to the pom.xml file. When I run my java application in IntellijIDE I got this error:

For com.google.iot.cbor dependency in pom.xml change the scope from runtime to compile (which is the default, so you can just remove the scope tag).

I was Updating my Java Swing project from 1.8 to Open Source JDK 12. So i create a parent App and then a JLink module app, and add parent to my original project.
When i try to run clean package, I got this error:

What is the meaning of "The package is inside a non-bundle dependency" warning in a Maven project?

I encountered the warning when I imported my Maven project in IntelliJ:
The package 'org.xml.sax' is inside a non-bundle dependency
There are, in fact, 3 packages causing this: org.xml.sax, javax.servlet, and javax.xml.parsers. I have checked pom.xml and these packages weren't there except for javax.servlet.
Do I need to add the missing packages to the pom.xml? The program works but it would be better to get rid of this warning. I would also like to know if there are any expected problems when this warning is present.

Problems with deploying war on openshift

I'm trying to deploy my war file of my Java Spring Application to openshift.
I'm trying to do this with git.
My pom file is build succesfully but my ROOT.war is not deployed...
In Filezilla I can see that my war is in the webapps folder but when I'm trying to reach my website I got a 404 error.
UPDATE:
I've added my project structure to my question. In filezilla I saw that there is a ROOT.war file deployed but this is empty....
