How to use a maven to download jars with all dependencies?

Since I need to download a lot of jars/dependencies to create a special JRE distribution for special application, to avoid to download on maven repository web site.
I created an project on Maven, put my dependencies on pom.xml and it has been downloaded all jars "~.m2/repository" (user folder) but it's very difficult to get jar by jar of the ".m2/repository" folder, and I really dont know what my project uses since this folder contains all jars from all projects.
Has any magic command copy only the jars of my project needs?

As you did, create a app, edit you pom.xml, and put all your dependencies into dependencies block.

Then ou can create your package, open a terminal navigate to your project and execute the command:
mvn package
After the BUILD you can copy only the jars that the project uses (also all dependencies), using the next command:
mvn dependency:copy-dependencies
And check the folder "target/dependency" and all jars will be stored into this folder, and you can copy this for your JRE/lib/ext.

You can use maven-dependency-plugin for this. See below sample pom.xml file.

How to properly build a Spring Boot far jar using maven plugin?

I'm trying to use maven-assembly-plugin to build an all-inclusive fat jar of my Spring Boot app.
I run mvn clean package, no jars are created.

To build a JAR that contains all what is required to start the Spring Boot application, the most simple way is relying on the repackage goal of the
spring-boot-maven-plugin.
Of course you could do the same thing "at the hand" (with the maven-shade-plugin for example) but it may be error prone and is it really required in your case ?

Note that you may also create the executable JAR of the application
without including the repackage execution in the pom.xml by specifying the goal from the command line :

Running Selenium tests with Maven

I have a Maven web project in which I must run some Selenium UI tests (with JUnit). However, when I build the project (goals: “clean install”) the Selenium tests don’t work because the Tomcat server hasn’t started yet.
I have added a plugin snippet that I found online (the tomcat7-maven-plugin) but it doesn’t seem to do anything.
It might be important to know that my Selenium tests use a Firefox driver with a different binary from my default Firefox install (an older version of Firefox portable to work with the older version of Selenium).

You are using Spring Boot and are trying very hard not to use it, at least in your pom.xml. First you don't need the javaee-web-api dependency. The idea of the starters is that those manage all needed dependencies. So simply remove it. The same applies to the spring-boot-starter as that already is implied by the spring-boot-starter-web dependency.
You have defined a lot of additional plugins for which Spring Boot already has the needed configuration, which you are now overriding or even worse using a very old version. Remove all the plugins and leave only the Spring Boot one.
So what you basically need to do is simply strip your pom.xml which should leave you with something like the following.

Pro Tip: I would suggest using a jar instead of a war that way you can simply deliver a jar file and do java -jar WebService.jar and have everything up and running in no time. You don't really need a war for that anymore.

Error while binding JNDI name com.jinsoft.dating.server.ProfileEJBRemote

Does anyone know why I'm getting the following error when I attempt to deploy my EAR to Glassfish:
java.lang.RuntimeException: Error while binding JNDI name ...
...
Caused by: javax.naming.NameAlreadyBoundException

First guess? You have another deployment on the server which also has an EJB with the name you try to deploy. Maybe, this is an old test deployment?
This basically means, you are trying to deploy a new object to the JNDI tree under a name that is already used by another object. Get rid of all older delployments, clean your project and try again.
