Sqlserver show results in joptionpane with sql query - java

Hi I want to bring results from a table using SQL query but I am getting the message SQLServerResultSet3 as a result.
I take as an example the below code but it isn't working for me, any idea what I did wrong cause I am new to this ty!

1-i am trying to enter an info to edit then update but always get an error updated failed, try again that i made it to get a message when there is a problem

SQLException: ResultSet closed

I think the exact error you are seeing is being caused by the following line of code:
System.out.println("deb " + rs.getString("nick"));
You are trying to access the result set before you advance the cursor to the first record. Also, your method getDatabaseClient is returning a single object which conceptually maps to a single expected record from the query. Hence, iterating once over the result set would seem to make sense. Taking all this into consideration, we can try the following:

How to auto refresh jComboBox data after update?

I have a jComboBox that getting data from MySQL server database.
When I add new data to database, the jComboBox doesn't show it, and I must reopen my program to add the new data to jComboBox.
How can I refresh jComboBox data automatically?

You can do it in this way it will automatically refresh the combobox

removeAllItems(); method will clean the combobox to insure that not to repeat values.
You do not need to create a separate Object to add in jComboBox instead you can add String too.

I suggest putting all of this code inside an ActionListener. So that each time there the mouse is entered over the comboBox the above code will run. You should do the following:

As I explained here, dashDB, with its BLU Acceleration features, has certain limitations compared to DB2 without BLU Acceleration. In your case it is that you can only run queries with the CS isolation level against column-organized tables.
Either change your connection configuration to use CS isolation level or create your table(s) while explicitly specifying ORGANIZE BY ROW.

Error S1000 trying to execute more MySql queries in a Java Application

I have a problem trying to execute more than one query into my Java Application code.
I have a procedure that is called in main and is in the class "Fant":

The query performed into "getAllusers" is executed and into the arraylist "blabla" there are several users; the problem is that the second query that needs the count is never executed.
The MYSQlState given when running is= "S1000" and the SQLERROR is "0".
Probably i'm mistaking on connections issues but i'm not familiar with statements,connections,resultsets.

You might forget to call rs.next() before getting the result form it in XXX()methods as shown below:
