Sudden Ide Language Change in Intellij Idea - java

I downloaded intellij idea from their website and whilst installation out of nowhere I got instructions in a language other than english. The same language was reflected in my netbeans IDE, one of my reasons to switch to Intellij. The language seems to be inscrutable. I tried several trial and errors, but no result.
Since the UI is similar to android studio, and I have android studio, I tried to locate any language settings within android studio but couldn't get any. How did this happen? How can I get rid of this and be back to english?
Any help is widely appreciated..
EDIT :
My Environment variables

Had the exact same problem (with Android studio) while my default windows 10 fonts were set to Nunito instead Segoe UI. After I revereted to Segoe UI everything works nice.

Android development issues using eclipse mars

I'm having an issue starting my android development as I've tried multiple solutions off this site for getting past eclipse not building blank activities and its not letting me begin my development and I have also tried updating and downloading the SDK but all my attempts have all deemed unsuccessful, could this be because I'm using eclipse mars.
My recommendation would be to start using intelliJ IDEA. Just becouse you can do almost everything inside that one program and it seems to be faster than android studio for me.
Here is the download link: https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/

Artifacts when drawing Qt & Java apps after durable work on Ubuntu 15.10 (and other)

Short history of problem:
After upgrading to Ubuntu 15.10 I had some problems with any Qt-apps after durable work with IntellijIDEA. In apps like tortoisehg I saw painting problems, like not filled areas or shifted text. It was fixed after reading post in archlinux forum. Just set up property for Qt and changed my openjdk to oracle's.
The next story, that possibly is relative to first, consists in my work in IntellijIDEA and other Java swing applications (like Netbeans RCP): after long term working some dialogs became transparent, were inaccessible or just clicked through it to something under. Reopen of the dialog or window helps, but my colleagues have same problems on other OS, like Fedora (with KDE).
This bug is annoying, because our product is written on Netbeans and works under *nix distributive. Sometimes we stuck with problem of click-through problem: dialog or window just clicked into window after it.
I think the problem in wrong settings of x-server and in Qt- and Java- toolkit clash. This leads to artifacts on both application groups.
Does anybody stuck with this problem and do you have some ideas to resolve it?
The possible reason is described in Russian here (https://toster.ru/q/267833?e=3090918#clarification_329784).
Some bugs of it are found in:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=350976
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openjdk-7/+bug/1512760
Summary: the Java and Qt applications use shmem that is never cleaned by Java, after some time Qt cannot use this memory to work right. Google it with words «Java Qt shmem».

How do I set up Netbeans to develop for Android in OS X?

I'm fairly new to the world of coding, but I took a Java class last fall and I really excelled in it, and I'm anxious to keep the ball rollin. We talked a little bit about Android development in class, and I'm certain that if I could just get Netbeans set up properly, I could really do a lot with it. I managed to get Xcode set up to use SDL using the Lazy Foo guides, but I haven't had any luck finding a similar guide for setting up Netbeans for Android development in OS X.
The closest I could find was this:
Setting up your Development Environment
But the directions seemed kind of vague to me, and I ended up getting stuck when I ran the libGDX setup JAR file, and I got this message: "You have no build tools! Update your Android SDK with build tools version: 20.0.0" but I already did download the Android SDK, so I don't know what's wrong!
I have lots of books on Android development, but nothing on actually setting up my chosen IDE! There must be a step by step tutorial on this out there somewhere, right?
Thanks.
Here do the following
1)download the latest version of jdk install it and set up your environmental variables.
2)download android studio and use it.
3)happy coding

Hot code swap in Android Studio with libgdx

I am using Android Studio (IntelliJ) to program Android apps and am facing a problem with hot code swapping and libgdx.
When I run the desktop application in demo mode everything works fine. If I try to change a bit (e.g. the color of an element) nothing is refreshed in the application. Even if I select Run->Reload changed changes a new gradle build is started (takes very long) and then says couldn't find any changes.
I have imported the same sample application in eclipse. There I can just change something in the code and it is immediately shown in the running app.
Anyone else experiencing this issue? Why is this not possible in IntelliJ?
Unfortunately, hot swap debugging does not appear to work when using the Gradle template.
It is actually possible as specified here, you need to disable the Android Support plugin if you want hot code swap to work with Gradle and libGDX.

Is there a real Android visual designer for IDEs?

I'm trying to develop an Android application with UI. So it's little complex for me to create UI with codes. I was using Visual Studio for long time where visual design is piece of cake. I also used Netbeans and Eclipse for java applications with UI but when it comes to Android I can't find a good way for UI desing. There is a visual design part in Eclipse but I want to use Netbeans as long as it's possible. Also I think DroidDraw is not good enaugh too. So I seached on web for Netbean's visual design tool and found nothing. If there is no tool or plug-in like this WHY? Thank you for any help.
Edit:
Well, long time passed. I just get used to code my ui. Also I am using Android Studio. 8)
edit
just saw that you've used DroidDraw.
There is official GUI designer included in ADT. Browse for main.xml (project/res/layout/main.xml) and doubleclick it :)
enjoy!
The combination of ADT (Android Development Kit) and eclipse 3.1 + will help you to develop the application graphically. Once you open the layout xml files, click “Graphical Layout” tab at the bottom of the section to open the graphical view. Now you can drag and drop components & also update layout.
But it is better to understand how the xml is defined in the layout. This will help you to fix any problems (in case).
Hope this helps.
Using Embarcadero RAD Studio XE7 (delphi or c++builder) allows for that task but it builds apk files with ome 10mo,
