Is there a way to increment a property value of a Maven pom.xml?

I'm creating this gRPC project where I have to launch a server and register it on Zookeeper.
I should be able to launch multiple instances of the server, but every new instance needs to have a new port or else will conflict with the servers that are already registered.
I have this maven pom.xml file where I have a property value <ins.i>, that should be incremented by 1 for every instance that is running. This property turns to be the last digit of <server.port>. If i could increment this value by 1 it would solve my problem.
I've searched by similar questions and I couldn't find any similar.

Separate build step for Java file - Maven

Within a larger Maven project, I have a Java file (AudioFileBuilder.java) that generates audio files from the Google Cloud Text-to-Speech service. It can execute from its own main() class; however, this file references an enumeration within the project (that other project source files depend on).
I am creating a fat JAR (JAR-with-dependencies), .exe file (Windows), and .app file (macOS) for the main project. I would like to exclude the AudioFileBuilder.java file AND the associated Google Cloud Text-to-Speech dependency in the JAR, exe, and app files. However, I still need the AudioFileBuilder.java file to run every time the project is built.

UPDATE:
I divided the project into two separate modules: "audio-builder" & "application" - as suggested by Welsh.
However, I have a Java enumeration ("Phrases.java") that both the audio-builder & application uses. The audio-builder needs this file to know which audio phrases are currently in the program, while the rest of the application needs this to load in said audio files & call the playback of these files.
So, this made me add the "audio-builder" module as a dependency for the "application" module. Since the Google Cloud dependency is needed at compile-time, this means that it is bundled in the generated JAR, app, and exe files.

I would recommend that you split your projects into two sub projects, so you would have for example:
games-for-the-blind/
pom.xml
audio-builder/
pom.xml
application/
pom.xml
Then what you can do is have the audio-builder package output the required files into the application/resources directory and have it listed first in the main pom.xml file.
This would allow you to distribute the application resultant files that would not contain any of the details of the audio-builder project.

Mystery directory created during maven compile

I have disabled all of the plugins in my module's pom.xml file and in the parent pom.xml file. I type
`mvn clean install -U`
and in the same directory
`${project.basedir}/src/main/site/resources/repo`
appears, approximately during the time the compile phase executes.
Any ideas about what could be causing this?

I have a Maven multi module/profile project whose test resources are apparently not being applied when running the test module. These resources define which data base the aplication will work (one is my create.sql script file):

With this structure when I run dev-a or dev-b I got two different war files with all properties correctly replaced, but when I execute test-a or test-b the resources inside my test module are not affected by the properties inside test profiles, the ${db.name} remains intact
So I have tried another approach moving the test profiles from core to test module and the replacements are done for the test module with the right database name (db_test) but as a downside the core war module don't (remains with db).
It's relatively ease to notice that my structure is wrong, but the gist is: what modification is necessary to have the war and test-jar files using the same key property for the right profile (dev|test)? How should I redeclare the modules and their hierarchy? Aforesaid, I'm trying to achieve:

runnig dev-b: A war file using db + module-b.jar

I have achieved a partial solution between what I think it would be the ideal approach (WITH test module) and the pratical solution (maven tasks generating build or executing integrated tests).
So I moved the test classes and resources from test module to the war module and removed the module test in the parent pom.

I would like to generate java classes using the Apache CXG Maven plugin (WSLD2Java) for generating web service clients.
I have a configuration that works, but when I am offline OR the server is not available the generate sources fails.
The error is that it failed to create wsdl definition : from "wsdl
location" ... Operation Timed Out.
From what I gather the tool can't access the service and so it can not get the XSD and in turn fails.
I have the WSDL and the XSD, how do I get the Maven plugin configured to use the local copies of the files rather than requesting extra data from the Server?
EDIT:
I have got it "working" by editing the WSDL directly. I amended the XSD Import tag to > refer to the XSD which is located in the same folder as the WSDL.
Editing the WSDL solution seems hackie and I would prefer something I could configure. Any thoughts?
