Why the listview got extra space? Even i chg the padding in xml file it wont change. It happen when i add much id in viewholder. That means if in viewholder only gt 4 id the listview did not have extra space in the bottom of every item. How to do the spacing divided equally? Anyone help pls. Thanks.

Change height of listView to wrap_content.

I have a custom dialog that has a ViewPager inside of it, when the dialog shows the ViewPager is just blank, not progressing on swipe or when pressing the "Next" button I implemented. I tried slightly altering my code and it didn't work. I saw several posts like this, but none of their solutions worked. PS if some things don't make sense or have mismatched names then that's because I renamed/removed some of the files/variables to simplify.

The problem is that you didn't set the ViewPager adapter

Here is my test

I'm creating my first android application, and want to use Dynamic Tablerow in my application. In my MainFragment.java, there is OnClickListener for adding text. I use Log.d to check whether it is working or not. I checked it work. But text is not added in Tablerow; its ID is mealRow.
I want add TextView in an existing Tablerow. Please check it and answer to me. Thanks.
I tried new Tablerow. But it also failed.

You should use TableRow.LayoutParams than ViewGroup.LayoutParams.
This is because TextView goes into TableRow.
If TextView goes into RelativeLayout, you should use RelativeLayout.LayoutParams.

I'm currently developing a calorie app for my class project. I am having issues saving the value from the profile function calculateTDEE to the shared preference xml. The page i'm currently working on gets information from the user and depending what the user selects determines their calories. That value is then saved in shared preference where it is displayed in the main activity.

why do you say that int isn't stored? in my opinion is stored perfectly and you are not trying to restore it in e.g. onCreate at all (basing on posted code)
also: try to clear your code before posting question/answer, strip code from unnecesary and not related to problem lines

Add progressBar in your activity_r_arabic

and initialise it as

I don't know what I am doing wrong. I need to get access to those EditText in order to user them and add the user to the SQLite DB but, as the EditText are in the Fragment, I cannot access them directly from the RegisterUser class.
Any ideas on how to solve this? I shall be really and deeply thankful.
