In eclipse when i am going to install objectDb data Source Driver like:
help-->Install New Software...-->then i am adding
url: http://www.objectdb.com/eclipse. it gives the error like:
"could not find http://www.objectdb.com/eclipse" so i am unable to getting objectDb data source inside eclipse IDE so how can i solve this problem.

Updated for manual installation: Since Eclipse won't recognize the software site, you can try downloading those jars yourself and do a local installation. When you go to Install New Software -> Add, there should be an option called Archive for installing the jar files.
I've tried looking around for an Eclipse plugin for Object DB and haven't found much. Since the plugin files in the link you provided appear two years old and the link does not work with Eclipse, perhaps Object DB can be installed manually? On their website, the downloads section here offers Object DB's jar files and more (and these ones are recent).
There was an issue that was fixed. Automatic installation should be available now.

I am getting below error while installing Findbugs into Netbeans 8.2:
"There were some problems while storing Establishing a connection …
Cause: Cannot resolve external reference to m2:/org:ow2:asm:asm-debug-all:5.0.2:jar"
I have tried uninstalling NetBeans 8.2 and removing anything associated with the installation to get a fresh install with no success there, and I have tried the latest version of NetBeans 11.3 which I found does not have Findbugs available. I need the plugin for a school project and no one there has been able to help me with this issue either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am using a Windows 10 PC.

The reason of the error
The error happens because when you download the plugin, NetBeans also tries to download additional dependencies. The links where to download the jars from are written inside the nbm package.
For example, one of the dependencies is asm-debug-all-5.0.2.jar, and the link is:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/ow2/asm/asm-debug-all/5.0.2/asm-debug-all-5.0.2.jar.
The maven repository is no longer accessible using the HTTP link. You can read more about it here.
So basically, you could not install the plugin because the plugin is outdated and contains invalid links for downloading dependencies from maven repo.
Before solving the issue, consider using SpotBug instead because the FindBug is outdated and is no longer actively maintained, for more information, please, see here in another answer. Also, keep in mind that it works only with JDK8.
How to solve it?
To solve the issue, you need to fiddle around a bit with plugins.
You need two plugins FindBug Libs (org-netbeans-libs-findbugs.nbm) and FindBug Integration (org-netbeans-modules-findbugs.nbm). Download them using thees links:

Unzip org-netbeans-libs-findbugs.nbm manually as if it is a simple zip file.
Edit the files in org-netbeans-libs-findbugs\netbeans\modules\ext extracted folder. In every file, you need to change the link from http to https.
Edit manifest file org-netbeans-libs-findbugs\META-INF\MANIFEST.MF. You need to remove all lines that contain CRS checksum. After editing it should contains only these lines:
Manifest-Version: 1.0
Ant-Version: Apache Ant 1.9.2
Created-By: 1.8.0_45-b14 (Oracle Corporation)
Remover other two files in org-netbeans-libs-findbugs\META-INF (ORACLE_C.RSA and ORACLE_C.SF).
Zip it again.
After that, the file is ready for manually installing into Net Beans. Alternatively, you can download the file from here. I have already modified the plugin using the steps.
How to install and use it?
Got to Windows -> Plugins -> Downloaded -> Add Plugins
Manually add the modified org-netbeans-libs-findbugs.nbm file and click install.
Then add org-netbeans-modules-findbugs.nbm and click install.
When installing, it shows that it downloads the plugin, but actually, it downloads only dependencies. It can take some time.
After that, select your project in the project tree, make sure it was compiled before. Got to Source -> Inspect, choose FindBus in the Configuration.
After you click to inspect your report will be ready.
It works both on NetBeans 11.3 and 8.2. Make sure you are using JDK8 with NetBeans. I'm not sure it will work with the newest versions of JDK.
Here is an example with running it on 11.3 using JDK8 on some NetBeans module:

But when i want to create a new project, it does not propose me the usual "Java project" with minimal files written.
I don't have the Java Perspective so I'm trying to install the dev tools but when I want check a software site, eclipse keeps telling me it doesn't find it.
What i have done so far:
-Putted Active Provider on "Direct" in network connections
-The Eclipse Internal Web Browser works just fine (including the repositories urls and able to download files)
-I've tryed with an "/" at the end of the urls (http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.13/ and http://download.eclipse.org/mpc/mars/)
-I've tryed to download http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.13/compositeContent.jar and opened it manually. Didn't worked.
-I've added "-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true" after "-vmargs" in my eclipse.ini then restarted. Same.
It keeps searching for http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/4.13/content.xml and http://download.eclipse.org/mpc/mars/content.xml which do not exist. (Unknown Host... org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.ProvisionException)
But I don't know how to change that into compositeContent since Eclipse starts to look for compositeContent.[xml/jar]/content.xml instead.

About my Eclipse
It works! There was indeed a proxy on my company network, with an autoconfig file.
I've putted my network options on "Manual" and followed the instructions there : Is there any way of configuring Eclipse IDE proxy settings via an autoproxy configuration script?

I have eclipse and the ADT bundle correctly installed on my home PC, and tried to install it on my laptop so I can work on my projects on the go. However, I either didn't set the java paths correctly, or installed them in the wrong place, because I can't get a default project to load without errors.
I have correctly:
-Installed the ADT bundle and launched eclipse without errors
-Created a workspace
-Correctly Installed both the jre8 and jdk1.8.0_05 in the location C:\Program Files\Java
I am very new to Android development, and I feel like I was lucky to set up the Java dependencies correctly on my home PC, no such luck this time from what the error look like...
However, when I try to make a basic "Hello world" project, I immediately get the following error:
The container 'Android Dependencies' references non existing library 'C:\Users\userName\workspace\appcompat_v7_3\bin\appcompat_v7_3.jar'
I have tried adding the library, by checking build configurations, but I don't understand fully whats going on to correctly solve the problem. Here is my workspace:
And lastly, I tried checking the build configurations to see that the libraries are, in fact, missing. Or something like that. I am not sure if I should just try to reinstall java and the jdk.

In my experience I have had issues like this if not running eclipse as Administrator. Make sure that you aren't being blocked here.
EDIT: Please note Chris Stratton's concers regarding running an IDE as Administrator, as seen in the comments below.
EDIT 2: In my more recent experience, I have noticed that if I installed the SDK by copying and pasting the contents of the downloaded, compressed, folder to a destination rather than extracting it first, I would be required to run as Administrator. If this is the case, delete the SDK that you copied out of the compressed folder and simply extract the contents of the downloaded compressed folder. I am running Windows 7 so it is likely that this applies to all Windows 7 and 8 OS's.
In another case, I have also seen issues like this if the JRE is installed second rather than first. In this case, a reinstall of the SDK is probably all that is required.
I've used KSOP2 in my project and it worked all these days. Recently I bought a new machine and moved my project to new machine and imported the ksoap library to project etc etc and when I try to run the application I get following error in the emulator
Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org.ksoap2.serialization.SoapObject
this is the place where exception is thrown.
SoapObject request = new SoapObject(namesapce, methodname);
has is something to do with 64 bit machines??

I had similar problem, simply I forgot to check checkbox on kosoap2 library in Java Build Path options, Order And Export tab :)
I managed to solve the problem by
Creating a folder "libs" in the project
Copying the external jars in to the folder
Refresh the folder
Go to properties -> Build path -> Add Jar (not external JAR)
Clean the project
Restart Eclipse
Boom it worked for me. Hope it'll help others too.
This may be related to the latest Android plugin and tools (r17). I read somewhere that external jar files need to be run through the dx --dex tool (because of the different binary format of Java binaries in Android), but it didn't work for me. What I ended up doing was adding the project as source instead of compiled binaries (by linking to the source from the project and adding it as a source folder.) This way Eclipse builds it properly and Android finds it during runtime.
I am having this annoying problem which takes 10-20 seconds and sometimes more every time my android project is refreshed or rebuilt.
I searched for android forums and also in stackoverflow and but solutions does not make sense. Please give me the solution or link to it.
My android project depends on two external java libs and android libs. Tell me if you need more info.
Earlier I asked this question and it solved the problem by removing 'source attachment'. But I believe it is not a good solution because I need source to be attached with jar. It helps while debugging, code browsing. If source is not attached then, your breakpoint stops there and you can't go in readable source.
Better Solution Needed. Is there a launcher option? which disables when app launched. or build options?
Instead of attaching a source folder to the .jar file, you should zip the source folder and attach the zipped file to the .jar.

The reason for this is that you have attached source with your dependent jars. Just the remove the source from the class path. This how it can be done.
Right click on the project -> Select Build Path -> Configure Build Path.. -> Select Libraries
Select the Source attachment and Remove button will highlight. Press Remove and OK.
I think that should fix your issue.

Go to your Workspace root/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.jdt.core/ and remove .org.eclipse.jdt.core.external.folders folder
it contains .project file with links to external folders which takes too long to refresh
You can disable "Refresh on access" option in Window->Preferences->General->Workspace - it have no effect as I think, because even it's turned on you must manually refresh projects if you modify them outside of Eclipse
If anything else fails (my case), install a fresh copy of Eclipse Juno
Go to Help-Install Software, and add this repo:

Check all options and install.
For migration reasons I was trying to install Eclipse on MAC OS Yosemite, since Android Studio is now the official IDE, it is hard to find Eclipse setups with the ADT plugin included. I tried several versions of Eclipse, and JUNO did the work.
