Springboot testcontainers fail on kubernetes Jenkins pipeline

I am running my jenkins on kubernetes with following configuration
Kubernets version : 1.21
jenkins docker image : jenkins/jenkins:2.263.3
Kubernetes plugin : kubernetes:1.30.0
Springboot : 1.5.18.RELEASE
and testcontainer maven dependency

When I run this test on local machine it works fine.
But when similar test gets run on Jenkins pod it is giving following error

I was running my Jenkins on kubernetes 1.21 version,
After downgrading the kubernetes version 1.19 its working fine.
Does anyone know why it was failing on 1.21 and not on 1.19 ?

Unable to fix a vulnerability on spring-security-oauth2-resource-server

I have a Spring project that show the following dependencies when I run mvn dependency:tree.

After running my code through Twistlock (which detects vulnerabilities), it shows the following vuln:
spring-security-oauth2-resource-server-5.2.2.RELEASE.jar | Reference: CVE-2020-5408 | CVSS Score: 6.5 | Category: CWE-330 | Spring Security versions 5.3.x prior to 5.3.2, 5.2.x prior to 5.2.4, 5.1.x prior to 5.1.10, 5.0.x prior to 5.0.16 and 4.2.x prior to 4.2.16 use a fixed null initialization vector with CBC Mode in the implementation of the queryable text encryptor. A malicious user with access to the data that has been encrypted using such an encryptor may be able to derive the unencrypted values using a dictionary attack.
It would usually be simple enough to add this to the pom.xml:

You are mixing the versions of OGM related dependencies:

will pull in OGM 2.0.1. Look at the compatibility matrix to see how the versions interact with each other.

So if there is no need to stay on such an old version you should update your spring-data-neo4j dependency to something current like 5.0.3.RELEASE. This will also pull in OGM 3.0.3.

Spring Framework uses JNDI API. Since it's just an API, rather than an implementation, you need to tell it which implementation of JNDI to use. You can use Spring's JNDITemplate and pass the required parameters via a properties file including java.naming.factory.initial which is what this error trace is highlighting
