deployment error occurred while uploading app file (ords.war) on glassfish3 server

I've just installed the glassfish server version 3 and I've uploaded the ords.war file to deploy it on the web server please if anyone have the answer leave it in the comment.

ORDS support on glassfish was deprecated in version 17.4 and desupported in 19.1. If you are using ORDS 19.1 or later, it will need to be run using Apache Tomcat, Oracle WebLogic, or in standalone mode.

How to resolve error java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: sun.security.ssl.SSLSessionImpl? [duplicate]

Application sends the letter by reading the parameters with jsf form. I do not understand why and how to fix it, because when you run from the development environment everything works fine.
When I place my application on the VPS server, I get the next error stack (although the application works on the local host, as needed):

I create and compile the project used version jdk_8u151 and JRE. At that time, as on the server the project was launched under the later jre. Using the same version jre solved the problem. Ty.

I think this is caused due to not having Unlimited Strength Java Cryptography Extension installed in your JRE.
Try installing(Copying JAR's) inside your JRE lib/security folder. Get it from here.
Just Download and Extract the Content. You should get two files local_policy.jar and US_export_policy.jar. Copy this to $JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/security folder.
If that resolves the issue, You should consider upgrading your Java 8 version. This issue has been addressed in Java 8u161 or later version.

As I understood there was a collision between cached libraries and the libraries that was added. So I tried to clean cache and it worked out pretty well. In Android Studio you should try File -> Invalidate caches / Restart.

By my side i uninstalled the jdk version i had then installed a recent one and it worked like a charm. so please update your jre or jdk to a recent version and the problem will be solved.

Error deploying ADF WEbapp in Glassfish 5.0

when i try to deploy my ear file (Webapp)deployed from jdeveloper 11.2.4.0 with glassfish 5 windows 8 i get this error
im pretty sure i followed all the steps to setup adf essentials and i also think glassfish works as should so i really dont know what to do or where to go from where
i searched for the error in google but feed back wasnt helpful enough as people where getting almost the same error expect for this part here

This is not an Oracle class - seems like a class that you developed - or some third party class you added to your project.

The error can be resolved when you migrate the application to JDeveloper 12.2.1.3 version
and deploy it to the Glassfish 5 server.

Soap WebService to Soap Webservice Call

I have Created two Java SOAP Webservices in Netbeans. Basically each service is a different Web App having its own war file. I Invoke the first WS from Java Client and The second service is invoked from the First service. These are working perfectly fine when I am using 3 machines to run in a LAN. Client, Service1 and Service2 on 3 Seperate machines. Now I have deployed the services on Jelastic Cloud. The first service gets invoked from Client. But when the First service is trying to invoke the second service I get the below Error.
I copy pasted the wsdl url in browser. The WSDL is available and accessible. So I am sure this is not an issue of Server not being deployed or wrong URL.

The GlassFish in Jelastic is listening 8080 port, and all requests to 80 port are redirected to the 8080 via the iptables rules.
Your requests are going trought local interface and PREROUTING rule isn't used by the loopback interface.
We have added OUTPUT rule for your case and all work as it should for now.
Also, we have created an improvement to add OUTPUT rule by deafault. As a workaraund you can specify 8080 port in your requests from local GF nodes: http://multipurpose.jelastic.servint.net:8080/ProxyServer/ProxyServerService?wsdl.

JSF Web Application Cannot View Database Table

I am using the NetBeans 8.0.2 IDE with GlassFish 4.1.
I have a JSF web application AddressBook (from Deitel and Deitel Java How to Program 9th Edition, Section 30.2) which has a Java Bean which accesses a database "addressbook" with following code:

I created and pinged AddressBookPool under Glassfish Resource JDBC Connection Pools and jdbc/addressbook under Glassfish Resources JDBC JDBC Resources (Services tab in NetBeans).
In Services tab I right clicked on Java DB under databases and created a new database "addressbook" with username/password APP/APP and successfully connected the database jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/addressbook [APP on APP]
I ran a query file after selecting the jdbc:derby://localhost:1527/addressbook connection to populate the addressbook database and viewed the data in the ADDRESSES table.
I added the Java DB driver library to the AddressBook project and when I ran it "Table/View 'ADDRESSES' does not exist" was displayed in the web browser.
For some reason the AddressBook web application is NOT seeing the addressbook database ADDRESSES table which I can view in Services tab. I need help to figure out why this is happening. The following is part of stack trace displayed in browser:
