You can install python and later use the below commands to separately build presto-docs to know detailed error from sphinx, which will help to resolve the build error

Solved by upgrading exec-maven-plugin 1.2.1 to 1.6.0 on my NetBeans project.
You can do this the following way:
Project > Properties > Actions
Once there, select run proyect and replace "org.codehaus.mojo:exec-maven-plugin:1.2.1:exec" with "org.codehaus.mojo:exec-maven-plugin:1.6.0:exec".

Looks like you are using Maven 3.2, update to the latest version of Maven, minimum version of 3.3.9.
You can Run through the Eclipse IDE it wont shows any errors and run successfully

In my case (Debian) this problem has been solved by installing the g++ package.
I have found this workaround here.

I tracked the problem in GppLinker.isClang which is trying to invoke "g++ --version". Since this is a new VM, I was still in the process of determining what needed to be installed. In this case, I hadn't yet installed the gcc-c++ package to get g++.
