Whitelabel Error Page instead of specific jsp page - java

I have seen several Questions about this problem and I haven't solved this problem yet:
I have checked them:
Springboot Whitelabel Error Page --- my controller is found and registered by spring.
Spring boot - Whitelabel Error Page --- my controller is annotated with #Controller and I return string which matches the jsp file name I want to see.
This is my pom.xml file:

This is application.properties file:

spring.mvc.view.prefix=/WEB-INF/views/

This is folder structure:

You have need to add following dependency into your pom
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-tomcat</artifactId>
<scope>provided</scope>
</dependency>
<dependency>
<groupId>org.apache.tomcat.embed</groupId>
<artifactId>tomcat-embed-jasper</artifactId>
<scope>provided</scope>
</dependency>
It should work. For more reference you can follow this tutorial

Unable to use classes from local maven dependency project [duplicate]

I have two maven projects Microseed and Demo. I have added Microseed as dependency in Demo project but I am unable to use any classes from Microseed. weird thing is those classes appear in intelliJ's suggestion but I get compilation error as:

I have run mvn clean install in microseed
I am able to see microseed in local m2 repo
I am also able to see microseed in external libraries section
Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.
If you use the parent spring-boot-starter-parent, AFAIK the JAR cannot be used as dependency.

New to Java Sprint BOOT, Trying to create a simple sprint boot and apache camel hello world example

I am very new to Java and Sprint boot applications. I need to work on apache camel using spring boot application. I want to implement simple use case where I need to split and move file from one location to another. However, before that want to try a simple sprint boot and apache camel hello world example. I need to first add camel dependency in pom.xml file for which I am getting an error.
I have installed STS and that where I am creating and new spring starter project.
Before pom.xml file
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<project xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0 https://maven.apache.org/xsd/maven-4.0.0.xsd">
<modelVersion>4.0.0</modelVersion>

</properties>
<dependencies>
<dependency>

</dependency>
<dependency>

<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-test</artifactId>
<scope>test</scope>
</dependency>
</dependencies>
<build>
<plugins>
<plugin>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-maven-plugin</artifactId>
</plugin>
</plugins>
</build>
</project>
I am trying to add below code as what I understand from different apache camel and sprint boot videos and write ups.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<project xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"

*</dependency>
<groupId>org.apache.camel</groupId>
<artifactId>camel-spring-boot-starter</artifactId>
<version>2.17.0</version>
</dependency>
</dependencies>*
</project>
However, I am getting and error as below
Non-parseable POM C:\Users\RADHIKASHARMA\Documents\Spring_Tool_STS_Projects\SprintBootCamel\pom.xml:
end tag name must match start tag name from line 2 (position: TEXT seen ...</
plugins>\n\t\n\n</dependency
Can someone help me to understand what exactly I need to put in here pleasE?
The issue that you are having, is that the extra "Dependency" block should go into the existing "Dependencies" block, there is no need to add another one. They need to be nested like a list.

How to move all the common dependencies from maven module into parent module in spring boot

I have two simple Spring Boot applications, one is a eureka-server and another is an eureka-client. Both of them reside in a maven aggregator module eureka-sample.
I have some common dependencies in both the eureka-server and eureka-client applications that I would like to move up to the parent pom so that I do not have to include them in each of the child modules every now and then.
I tried moving the dependency spring-boot-starter-test from the child modules into the parent pom under <dependencyManagement> section but then the tests in the child module were not able to compile as those classes were not able to find the jar. May be I misconfigured or placed it under wrong section.
How can I achieve this?

Try putting the common dependencies inside the <dependencies> section of the parent .pom instead of the <dependencyManagement> section.
With <dependencyManagement> you only prepare and configure the dependencies for all children modules, but in order to actually use them, you'll still need to reference them from within the child module.
The difference is subtle, but important - see https://maven.apache.org/guides/introduction/introduction-to-dependency-mechanism.html for details.

When I try to import RabbitListener class, I see error message The import org.springframework.amqp.rabbit.annotation.RabbitListener conflicts with a type defined in the same file, but I can see this class in maven dependencies.
Your class is named RabbitListener so it takes precendece to whatever you've imported. Rename it to something else and you'll be fine.

spring boot in intelliJ works well with gradle but not with maven why

I am getting an error with maven about configuration like following
cannot resolve symbol #SpringBootApplication
I also tried
#Configuration #EnableAutoConfiguration #ComponentScan
but i had an error about #EnableAutoConfiguration
then i tried invalidate cache but worked just for that time. I run my application but there was following issue .
Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.aop.support.AopUtils
I could not resolve this so i tried with gradle and worked without any issue like a charm . but i don't know why it worked for gradle and not for maven ?
i do not know much about gradle . is it same like maven ? means taht can we use as just like maven or not ?
and please suggest me to solve those all issues in intellij IDEA. any link or suggestion would be appreciated .
thanks in advance
