MongoDB + HibernateOGM + Spring Boot auto create database - java

Today, I want to auto-create my database structure for MongoDB with Spring Boot usage. In relational databases in the past, I was using two properties in the application.properties file like:
spring.jpa.hibernate.ddl-auto=create
spring.jpa.generate-ddl=true
Now I want to do the same for MongoDB but with property:
hibernate.ogm.datastore.create_database=true
IntelliJ marking my property with the hint:
cannot resolve configuration property hibernate.ogm.datastore.create_database
My pom.xml looks like:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<project xmlns="http://maven.apache.org/POM/4.0.0"
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"

My entity is marked with annotation #Document but still after rerunning my application I have an empty database.
I will be grateful for a suggestions on how to auto-create database with spring boot application properties usage.

Then equivalent Hibernate properties in spring-boot application should be prefix with spring.jpa.properties .So it should be:
spring.jpa.properties.hibernate.ogm.datastore.create_database=true

Changing Spring Version in pom.xml

I'm working on a Spring Boot project. Initially, I started with Spring 3.0.0, but the project specification requires the use of version 2.x instead.
I tried to manually change this in line 8 of pom.xml but am now getting an error. How do I correct this?
Correct the classpath of your application so that it contains
compatible versions of the classes
org.springframework.plugin.core.config.PluginRegistriesBeanDefinitionRegistrar
and org.springframework.beans.factory.support.RootBeanDefinition

When I start My Spring Boot Application with Eureka Server, I run into a NoSuchMethodError.
I tried the solutions of several similar questions from here, but sadly none of them worked in my case.

I'm just building a project as part of college assigment.
Do I need to set up the driver?
If I need to what suitable driver will be suitable for only reading and writing json file?
You can try disable autoconfiguration for the datasource and also JPA:
#EnableAutoConfiguration(exclude={DataSourceAutoConfiguration.class, HibernateJpaAutoConfiguration.class})
In addition, if you don't want using database in your application, you can remove JPA dependency in your pom.xml. Just remove:
<dependency>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-starter-data-jpa</artifactId>
</dependency>

How to add spring boot actuator to WAR project

I have spring mvc application. I tried to convert it to spring boot by doing following steps.
Adding spring-boot-starter-parent parent pom
Adding relevant spring-boot-starter dependncy
Removing spring-mvc and other dependency.
Removed AbstractAnnotationConfigDispatcherServletInitializer class.
Added #ComponentScan, #EnableAutoConfiguration to root config class.
This was successful and I could see that application was working but when I added spring-boot-starter-actuator dependency and run mvn jetty:run . http://localhost:8080//actuator returns 404 response.
Can someone please tell me how I can add actuator in this case ?

Maven - How to exclude dependencies from generated JAR

I have 3 projects that looks like this:
The problem is that the common DB code has a converter class, and I am getting the below error while running the Business logic.
Caused by: org.hibernate.AssertionFailure: AttributeConverter class [class com.td.sba.iep.jpa.converters.ModeltoDBAttributeConverter] registered multiple times
What I did:
I tried to exclude the dependencies while packaging the Utility classes using the below code in pom.xml.
<plugin>
<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
<artifactId>spring-boot-maven-plugin</artifactId>
<!-- Fools the plugin into creating the code only jar instead of the runnable one -->
<executions>
<execution>
<goals>
<goal>repackage</goal>
</goals>
<configuration>
<classifier>exec</classifier>
</configuration>
</execution>
</executions>
</plugin>
But when I include the exec jar created into the Business logic, it shows that the utility classes are not found.
WHAT I NEED:
How do I fix the 'org.hibernate.AssertionFailure'?
Should I exclude the dependencies while creating the jar from utility classes? How do I do it?
Incase it matters, I am using Eclipse.

Have you tried to use <exclusions> element on this project dependencies? Like:
Business Logic Project pom.xml file:
<dependency>
<groupId>com.utility.project</groupId>
<artifactId>UtilityProject</artifactId>
<version>1.0.0</version>
<exclusions>
<exclusion>
<groupId>group.id.jar.you.want.to.exclude</groupId>
<artifactId>artifact.id.jar.you.want.to.exclude</artifactId>
</exclusion>
</exclusions>
</dependency>
UPDATE
Since you already have CommonDB dependencies on your UtilityProject pom, remove this CommonDB dependency from your business logic pom. This error is because you have 2 classes (same class) being registered with same name. If you already have CommonDB dependency on UtilityProject and you use this UtilityProject as dependency on Business, you don't need to import it twice.
