I'm New On Spring I just Start a Spring MVC CRUD Program but I'm Facing the Same Errors Again and Again After Try many ways.
This is the First Exception Which Printing HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error.

Dependency annotations: {#org.springframework.beans.factory.annotation.Autowired(required=true)}" indicates that there are no bean of type StudentService in the spring context. So you need to add #Service to the class, or manually create the bean in the same way that you do in MyAppConfig with your two other beans.

SpringData CrudRepository only reads (it doesn't save, update or delete)

I have following issue. I would like to use Spring Data CrudRepository with Hibernate 5 in my application. As DB I use MySQL version 5.7.21.
I think I configured it wrongly, because when I run my application I am able to read from DB only. When i use any other CrudRepository method eg. save()
there is no reaction. In Hibernate logs i see only read Select statement (there should be insert statement but it seems that hibernate doesn't create it).
Example log when I use save(animal) method LOG:

The #Transactional annotation on the repository interface does not help much. It needs to get somewhere where these methods are actually called, in your case that would be AnimalService. You can put them either on each method or the class itself. Annotating your controller may also work; dependening on the setup, I have seen it conflict with #Controller in the old times, but did not check your code here.
There is, however, one case where this annotation does something useful on the interfacse: With #Transactional(readOnly = true) you change the default for that option for each method in the interface, and can set it to false only the methods that really change something. This, however, is an optimization that should come later.
You also use #Repository on the repository interface. This has no additional effect. It triggers exceptions translation, but Spring Data reposiories already do that anyway.

I've already seen another stack overflow posts and none of them helped me solve the issue! Currently this is the second consecutive day I'm struggling with this issue. It simply doesn't works. in service layer you used the the #Autowired Annotation and DAO Layer you used the #Tranjaction annotation so thats why its giving an error.
so use the #Transactional Annotation in service layer and use the #Autowired annotation in DAO Layer

Using #PersistenceContext instead of a SessionFactory resolved the issue. I don't know why.

I've had a similar issue like this before with a Spring MVC project and it required updating my dependencies within pom.xml. However I feel I've gone through the dependencies and code a million times without any luck!

Additionally the context root always defaults to 'spring-crm-rest' even if I change it to 'remixapp' within Properties -> Web Project Settings..? I'm not sure why - 'spring-crm-rest' was a previous project but this string is declared absolutely nowhere in my code.
With that in mind, I can reach 'http://localhost:8080/spring-crm-rest/ without any issues (which points to index.jsp). However requesting 'http://localhost:8080/spring-crm-rest/api/users' gives me the above stacktrace.
In fact, entering anything after the root context path gives me the same error, e.g. 'http://localhost:8080/spring-crm-rest/fghfg'
I had confirmed my app could connect to the MySQL database, however that was through a basic servlet which wasn't reading from my pom.xml.
I've also tried clearing cache from Tomcat, cleaning my project, deleting dependencies from my local maven repo, updating project's maven dependencies -> in-case there's some cache issue.
Add #Service annotation to UserServiceImpl so it'll be known to Spring as a Service class

OK I figured it out! It seems this dependency is conflicting with other Hibernate packages:

I am trying to setup a Spring Boot application, which uses SpringBoot Security to authenticate users, which are stored in my MySQL database.

So, when i run mvn clean spring-boot:run, I get previously mentioned error and I cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. Previously I made similiar app, which worked, but I cannot figure out, why this one doesn't.
No, the problem is not in the connection of the database. Hibernate determines its policy to check the configuration annotations based on the annotation place on the id (on the attribute itself or on a method).
In your User class, you are telling hibernate to expect the annotations on the attribute level.

So for hibernate you do not have a mapping for other attribute like roles because it will not check the methods for the mapping, so what you need to do is to take the annotation from the method and put it in the attribute.

If there is a mapping exception along with above mentioned exception, the problem can be with Jdk 11 and javassist.

spring boot: ignoring the Elasticsearch configuration and ends up with exception org.springframework.beans.factory.NoSuchBeanDefinitionException

I am not able to create the bean of an ElasticsearchRepository using #Autowired. I am taking this link as a reference in my code to enable elastic search capabilities with spring boot. I think my code is ignoring the Elasticsearch configuration.
