Couldn't configure swagger-ui in my springboot project using spring-doc - java

I am trying to implement swagger-ui using spring-docs but after i add the dependencies i am getting this error

I just added the dependency for adding spring-doc but it is not working.. before adding the spring-doc my project was running fine
I did go through many stack overflow questions but I didn't get any relevant answers till now.
I have been working on this for 2 weeks so please help me out

In order to configure spring cloud project which dependencies I need to use and which I have to replace into the existing project?
Currently I get Cannot resolve method 'authenticated' in 'RequestMatcherConfigurer' which might be cause to wrong Maven dependencies.
I'm trying this configuration:

When I run Spring Boot Application it just shows

(0x109b544e0). One of the two will be used. Which one is undefined.

It was working well I had added unit test related dependencies and removed them after that it has got screwed up.

I am trying to build a REST API using Spring. The code gets compiled without any error. But when I hit the URI using POSTMAN I do not get any result. I checked and found that the controller is not mapping the request to the given URI. Here is my code:
