Can i remove Inputs and Actions from a java FXGL game - java

We are using FXGL to programm a little game.
At the beginning we initialized a few UserActions with KeyCodes for inputs.
But later this UserActions shall get deleted/removed.
I found the possibility to rebind an action to a new the KeyCode. But i can't figure out, how to remove this action.
This is what i found and use actually to rebind the Action EXIT_GAME from KeyCode.D to KeyCode.L:

Libgdx controller unresponsive after making application fullscreen

When making the application full screen with the following call:
Gdx.graphics.setFullscreenMode(Gdx.graphics.getDisplayMode());
I no longer have signals from my controller. The issue is not solved by changing the display back from full screen like:
Gdx.graphics.setWindowedMode(Gdx.graphics.getWidth() / 2, Gdx.graphics.getHeight() / 2);
I'm using Gdx version: 1.9.8. It appears this was an issue fixed in a previous version, but I'm not sure what the necessary steps are to get the work around functioning.

Edit2: I can get a responsive controller if I re-poll the controllers like the following:
Array<Controller> controllers = Controllers.getControllers();
However, this cannot be done instantly after changing the display mode; I have to wait some amount of time after. I'm not sure what I need to poll to determine how long I have to wait until the controller instances are valid (also, when it is valid to assign a listener).
Edit3: The only solution I've been able to come up with is to set a flag inside the resize callback like the following

Then in my main loop call:

This isn't ideal, I'd rather find a way to listen to when the change in context is done initializing then update the controllers. But I haven't been able to find a hook for that. I'd appreciate it if anyone knows a better way to go about maintaining controllers with change in display mode.
Why don't you try to use the immersive fullscreen?
If the objective is to set the fullscreen mode, I think this is the better way to.

JAVA gwt - saving info after refreshing page

At the moment , im working with java gwt and i stopped studdenly because one problem occured. I want that my information (for example string) will save after refresh button is clicked.

The last(worst) chance is to store data from textArea in file.txt , after refreshing i could read info from file and thats all. But maybe GWT has a specific handler/method/class or what to handle this.

I had the same problem. You can easily overcome it with this.

When a browser close a window (because of a refresh, or the user has closed the window, changed the url, etc), a script is not allowed to prevent this action. It's not specific to GWT.
However, you can suggest to the browser-agent to show a confirmation to the user. You can do this with the message property of the closing event.
In GWT:
Window.addWindowClosingHandler(new Window.ClosingHandler() {
public void onWindowClosing(Window.ClosingEvent closingEvent) {
closingEvent.setMessage("Confirm ?");
}
});
You shouldn't rely on this event to store your data, as a lot of condition can prevent you to do this. You should maybe periodically store a draft to the local-storage or to the server.
You probably want to store your data in sessionStorage. In GWT, this the Storage class.

Tapestry5 Ajaxformloop limit number of rows

I am trying to limit the number of rows that a user can add in an ajaxformloop.
Short example:

If for example I would only like the user to be able to enter 3 phone numbers, how can that be done?
What I have tried:
1) I tried returning null from the onAddRow event, this causes an exception and the exception report page to display - these events shouldn't return null I don't think.
2) I tried adding my own add row button like this:

</p:addRow>
And then putting a t:if around it, like this:
<t:if test="canAddMorePhones()">

<t:addrowlink>Add another</t:addrowlink>

In this case, the "add another" reverts to the default "Add row" button and my add row link doesn't show.
3)I tried moving that t:if inside the , this had similar results.

I am sure that this is a fairly common aim, is there any simple way to do it? Perhaps someone can provide an example, and if possible this can help to go in the documentation as i'm sure i'm not going to be the only one trying to do this.
Note: I did also ask on the T5 users mailing list and had one answer but I can't seem to get it working after the response from Lance (Which I am sure is probably correct, but i'm not sure how to use the AjaxResponseRenderer as per my reply last week, this is probably due to my own technical limitations or understanding of some parts of T5).

I also tried using ajaxResponseRenderer.addRender as you did in your mailing list code, but it doesn't work because it seems that Tapestry has some problems dealing with updating a component that's busy updating another component. However, AjaxResponseRenderer also supports execution of JavaScript. Taking this approach on the AjaxFormLoop example in the docs, specify the addrowlink as follows:

Custom message when closing a part in Eclipse RCP 4

we have the following problem:
In our Eclipse RCP 4 application there are multiple parts and the parts are closable. When the user is closing a part there should be a custom pop-up (depending on some internal part state) which is asking the user if he really wants to close the part or not.
It seems to be not that easy to implement in Eclipse RCP 4 or we have just totally overseen something.
I'll just give you a short brieifing about the things we tried:
Use dirtable with a #persist method in the part. Though the problem is, we don't want this standard eclipse save dialog. So is there a way to override this?

Our last try was to integrate a custom part listener, simple example shown in the following:

The problem with this was we are running into a continuous loop. Something similar is posted over here in the last comment: Detect tab close in Eclipse editor
So I could write some more about this problem, but I think that's enough for the moment. If you need some more input just give me a hint.

The save prompt is generated by the ISaveHandler registered in the context of the MWindow containing the MPart. You can write your own ISaveHandler and set it in the window context to replace the default.
You might also want to look at the IWindowCloseHandler also in the window context.
Thanks greg, this has helped and I was able to achieve changing the pop-up when the user closes a part. Here's a short description of what I've done:
Use the MDirtyable for marking the part as dirty whenever it's needed.
Create a custom save handler which implements ISaveHandler (when a part got closed the save method is called). Add the additional logic to this handler (e.g. a custom message dialog)
Register this handler at application start-up (I just chose a method which is called at the start-up):

ISaveHandler saveHandler = new CustomSaveHandler(shell);
window.getContext().set(ISaveHandler.class, saveHandler);
Note that the registration via a model processor was sadly not that easy because the model processor is called too early. (Take a look at: http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/369989/)
The IWindowCloseHandler is just needed when the complete window is closed, though this was not an requirement for us :).

How to clear libgdx listeners

So in menu i have 3 buttons and all are with the same code. For the topic only important thing is

EDIT: if i don't remove listeners they are still active and can be clickable, afc with exeptions.
It looks like you're calling MainMenu.dispose within an actor.touchdown listener. MainMenu.dispose clears all listeners on a button. LIBGX won't allow that.
Why? Because LIBGDX is in the process of calling touch events on a lot of actors. You really don't want your game functioning different depending on the order buttons were added to your stage.
So, call clear listeners somewhere else.
Since you're doing this within a dispose method anyway, I'd suggest NOT removing your button listeners at all, as the actor you've registered listeners for should not be used again.
Its not allowed to just call clearListeners() without event;
Will you post your codes in jsfiddle.. i will try to debug it and add some codes..
