I'm trying to add some data to H2 database via JPA. I see a lot of materials where they use javax.persistence unfortunately when I download JPA starter I don't have this package. I use jakarta.persistance and it's generate me the empty table but when I add to resource folder data.sql file with insert command (insert into person (name) values("jan")) I have nothing to add.

The presence of your data.sql file disables the schema creation by Hibernate, because it is assumed that you manually want to create the schema via a schema.sql as well.
If you want Hibernates schema generation but want to add data with a script, the documentation has the following advice:
Script-based DataSource initialization is performed, by default, before any JPA EntityManagerFactory beans are created. schema.sql can be used to create the schema for JPA-managed entities and data.sql can be used to populate it. While we do not recommend using multiple data source initialization technologies, if you want script-based DataSource initialization to be able to build upon the schema creation performed by Hibernate, set spring.jpa.defer-datasource-initialization to true. This will defer data source initialization until after any EntityManagerFactory beans have been created and initialized. schema.sql can then be used to make additions to any schema creation performed by Hibernate and data.sql can be used to populate it.

I already tried to remove the players and just have the fields "id" and "name", but I get the same error so it would very much suprise me if "players" was the problem.
It looks like Hibernate doesn't know that TeamEntity is an entity. Is that class properly scanned by Springs #EntityScan? Or did you make sure this class is listed in the persistence.xml?
I think there is an open issue in the Hibernate issue tracker that is about improving the error message for this case, but I can't find it right now. If anyone digs it up, please add a comment to this answer.
A #OneToOne relationship is bidirectional and has to be defined in both classes.
Look at #ManyToOne and #OneToMany. If the unnamed class is, for example, called MatchEntity, then a Team has many matches (#OneToMany) and the Player in the match is a member of a team (#ManyToOne).

I don't see the point in showing the controller, since the error occurs elsewhere.

Your problem is the name of the query method: findMasageEntitiesByRstringsEntitiesId(Long. You need to use the field name from your entity class, not the class name.
I would try findMasageEntitiesByStringsId(Long.... (It's also a bit confusing that you've given the variable one name and the getter method another, not sure if JPA will like that.)
The other methods which returns a list also suffer from the same problem.
I created an entity class (User.java) and repository interface (UserRepository.java). If I run my application everything would be fine (item table would be created). Then I add DBInit class with run() method and userRepository.saveAll(users); produces an error. I just tried to create 3 users and add them to the database using Spring Data Jpa. By default, the name of the table that gets created from your #Entity becomes the name of your entity class in small caps, in this case "user" and this happens to be reserved and you won't be able to create a table with that name.
You can override the (default) name of the resulting table to be created by annotating your entity with #Table(name = "otherName") and giving it another name of your choice.

When you write custom methods in Jpa Repository, spring tries to implement automaticaly some of them if it can. During that phase Spring checks the name of the method and tries to match the name with entity fields.
So if we have

If you declare a Jpa Repository for MyEntity you can declare the following methods and spring will understand what you mean and implement them automatically.
List<MyEntity> findByMyCustomField1MyString(String val); //Camel Case seperates entity Fields
or
List<MyEntity> findByMyCustomField1_myString(String val); // _ seperates entity fields
So _ works as a field seperator during method name evaluation from spring
What is wrong in your code
In your Despache Entity you have a field with name funcionario_resp. So you have to declare the following method in your repository
public List<Despache> findByFuncionario_respId(Long funcionario_respId, Pageable page);
As I already explained _ works as field seperator. So spring understands that method name as following:
1) a field with name funcionario exists
2) funcionario is a Class that contains a field with name respId
How to fix your code
Refactor the following field

I am using Spring JPA Repository to create a SpringBoot Spring MVC CRUD REST backend service which connects to my MySQL database. Its basically a user management module with login screen - user Id, user name, user password and user role. After extending the Spring JPA Repository, with the standard Spring JPA CRUD methods (getOne, getById, findAll, findById, etc), I want to add another two custom methods in my repository called getUserByName and getUserByRole using custom SQL queries which will return a List, Collection or HashMap as it may be multiple records. An auto-generated Id serves as the primary key and I have indexed also my User Names and User Roles fields in the user table.

Your two custom methods with a #Query are ok.
Only change the name of your method getUsers(), and should be works.
